Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms in Old Town!
The apartment is huge, filled with light, overlooking the historic streets. The apartment has three furnished bedrooms in modern design, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and common room with sofa, TV, dining area and balcony with views to Prague castle. It is a perfect place for family or friends gathering, also for professional colleagues tor work trip.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each bedroom has its own designated bathroom - 2 of them have ensuite bathroom, one has the bathroom just opposite to the bedroom door. Spacious common room can be used as co-working space. There`s smart TV for online streaming services in the living room, which is not yet pictured in the photos as it was added only recently.
Our place is ideally located in the very city centre, all the main sights are in walking distance, public transport (metro, tram and bus) is just one minute from the apartment.
You can walk anywhere as you are right in the middle of Prague. Metro station is about 1 minute walk (Staromestska), so is tram stop and bus station. Parking is possible in the residents zones upon request for fee.

Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.

Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.

Fantastic, ideal for families, brilliant location and just a pleasure to stay. Accommodation communication was excellent and appreciated the assistance in transfers from airport on arrival. Would definately stay again and recommend (in particular for families). Thankyou.
First trip to Prague and the location was perfect. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Property manager was easy to work with, overall a great place to stay in a beautiful city!
Excellent location. Close to everything you need and very central to beautiful sights. Beds were very comfortable and having en-suite bathrooms was very helpful traveling with adult children.

We stayed in this Prague apartment in Old Town in October 2024. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. But the location was extraordinary. It was so close to everything, including the metro buses and Old Town Square. I highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it!
Best place is Prague is a beautiful large spacious flat with all the amenities necessary. Location could not have been better right central in Prague and also across street from the metro. Interior was beautiful above expectations. I highly recommend this place.
The apartment was large and the layout was great for our party of 3. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable; the living room was nice, but the furniture was hard. The location can’t be beat: on the edge of Old Town and only 1 block from the river so we had easy access to the Castle Quarter, Mala Strana, and Letna Park. Our host (Jaroslav) was very responsive before and during the trip. Take advantage of the ride service to and from the airport—the drivers were on time and very personable.
We loved our stay in Prague. The location of the apartment was very convenient for walking and using public transportation. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was a great communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Apartment was spacious and well appointed. I had been worried about the place getting too hot during our stay when it was over 90F each day, but there were fans provided in each room which were lifesavers. Would stay here again. Thanks!
We arrived on April 28, 2024, for 5 nights with our adult children. We were celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday. The location could not be better. You have access to everything you would like to see within walking distance. Clean, spacious, bright and great communication. Highly recommended.
We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Building is steps away from the Tram stop and a Metro station. (Seniors ride free). Also only two short blocks to the St.Charles Bridge and three to Old Town Square. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfy. Modern like the pictures-think IKEA. We would return in a minute.
Best location to all the must see sights. Under 5 minutes walking to St Charles Bridge, Astronomical clock and 10 mins to Jewish Quarter. loved the coffee shop (Mistrals), waffle place and restaurant across street from apartment. Owner was very communicative and responsive within minutes. Apartment was huge! only downside is the city noise but can’t complain since so close to everything in the city center. Would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our time in the apartment as a group of related 59-70 year olds, with very comfortable private and shared space for hanging together. Hot reliable showers. Portable ac fans. 3 key sets. W/D quick and quiet. Patient manager answering questions.2 Courtyard bedrooms are quiet even with windows open. U Parlamentu across the street was handy as was ground level coffee shop.I even painted several views from the small balcony.Don't overlook as we did the posted framed information sheet in the hallway. We traveled to Prague to meet our US Army daughter stationed in Poland. I had my 75 year old parents with us so space and location were very important. This apartment was exactly how it is advertised- and maybe even better. It is perfectly situated to walk to the Square, Jewish Quarter and Charles Bridge. It is spacious, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Although we never met in person, check-in was easy and Jaroslov was wonderfully responsive. He even helped arrange train station and airport transfer- which was exceptional. Thank you for helping make our visit fabulous!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was in an excellent location – easy to walk around Prague and the major sites. There was plenty of space for everyone, along with the large living room. The wash machine came in handy as well. It was very easy to check in and the host was terrific at communicating with us. There was an elevator to help get everyone and their luggage up to the apartment on the 2nd floor. There were also lots of restaurants and coffee shops around to enjoy. We really enjoyed the breakfast place next door- Mistral Cafe and the had dinner one night at Restaurace U Pariamentu, accross the street. The apartment had air-conditioning, which we used. It was also nice to open the front window to get fresh air – along with feeling the energy of the light rail and people walking by. We needed to park a rental car one night and found a garage just across the street at the Rudolfinum garage (which was about 25 Euro for 24 hours.) As a fellow VRBO host, I highly recommend this location. Everything was as advertised.
This was absolutely the best VRBO experience I have ever had! The host communicated well and his response time was within minutes of asking any question. The property was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The host Jaroslav even provided a link to have a van pick up six of us from the airport. The driver was there waiting for us and took us directly to the property. The property is within 5 minute walk of most major attractions. We also found using Uber to be economical within Prague. If you are staying in Prague and there for sightseeing this is a great place. If you are looking for a party house look elsewhere as this is a residence where you need to respect others that live in the building. Thanks again Jaroslav for an unforgettable experience.
