About this property

Beautiful house, fantastic view, infinity pool, huge terrace.

Completed in 2020, this is a beautiful modern home with a huge terrace and infinity pool. Fibre WiFi, air conditioned bedrooms, 85m2 open plan living room and kitchen. Walking, mountain biking, visiting vineyards, canoeing on the Ardèche river, local markets, great restaurants, or just simply enjoying the house. Sorry, but we don’t accept children under the age of 8 years. There is potentially problematic access for VERY low vehicles- sports cars, vehicles that have been lowered or have had skirts added etc. We have never had a guest unable to access the parking area, but wanted to mention this.

We stayed for two weeks as two families in Lee’s house, and he was a considerate and always available host. The home is beautiful, with a wonderful view that we especially enjoyed while having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and sharing meals easy and enjoyable. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

La maison est très agréable, super fonctionnelle, j’ai apprécié cuisiner, rien ne manquait. Le Must est la grande terrasse très bien aménagée et la vue magnifique sur la vallée. Lee est adorable, vous accueille avec plein de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Il avait même prévu l’apéro pour une arrivée qui donne le ton des vacances. C’est réellement un petit paradis et la semaine est passée bien trop vite….

Geweldig uitzicht !

Mooie woning met alle voorzieningen voor een fantastische vakantie. Zeker het uitzicht vanop het terras en vanuit het zwembad is een surplus. Locatie van de woning is ook prima. Gastheer Lee heeft ons zeer goed ontvangen en stond klaar indien het nodig was. Zeker een aanrader !

Luxe accommodatie in prachtige omgeving met een hartelijke verhuurder

De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien, strak en smaakvol ingericht en had een zeer ruim terras met heerlijk zwembad. Het uitzicht was geweldig. De verhuurder Lee was zeer gastvrij, behulpzaam en informatief. Wij hebben een topweek gehad in een luxe accommodatie in een fantastische omgeving.

Tout est dans le titre ! Très belle maison de vacances, dans un site calme et très agréable. La maison est très confortable, très fonctionnelle, on s'y sent comme à la maison... La piscine et la terrasse sont particulièrement agréables avec une vue, tout simplement merveilleuse ! Mr Kingston est très accueillant et attentionné! Excellent Sejour

La maison est très confortable et décorée avec goût. La terrasse, la vue et la piscine à débordement sont magnifiques. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme malgré la proximité d’autres maisons. Seul petit bémol, le wifi est un peu faible et ne permet pas le télétravail. Lee est un hôte attentionné et réactif. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans sa maison et nous la recommandons chaudement!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus, wie wir selten eines gefunden haben. Es ist ruhig, aber zentral gelegen, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir liebten es mit Blick über den Pool auf die schöne Landschaft aufzuwachen. Entspannung pur! Lee ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen wieder.

PARFAIT

Propriétaire super sympa, aussi réactif que discret. La maison est agencée avec beaucoup de goût et la vue de la terrasse est superbe tout comme la région. Tout y est impeccable, de la literie aux salles de douches en passant par la buanderie. Quartier résidentiel très calme, supérette et boulangerie à 3 minutes et à 10 minutes le village de Ruoms et ses vieilles pierres (rue commerçante piétonne, super U ... ). Je recommanderais cette location à des amis sans hésiter.
