Cozy apartment with pool, near the beach, terrace, parking and capacity for 4 people.
Specially designed and prepared with all the necessary comforts to make your holidays with your family, partner or friends unforgettable, away from the noise of the city or cars.
Good fiber optic Internet connection and hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Composed of a perfectly soundproofed double room, full bathroom, pleasant terrace overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, as well as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine.
We have parking in the same building for a large car and with direct access by elevator.
In the urbanization there is a good restaurant open for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Located in the town of Torremolinos (La Carihuela), a residential area where you will find all kinds of services a few meters away, such as: supermarket 150 meters away, bus stop 100 meters away, pharmacy, banks, bars, cafeterias, shops, kiosk, playgrounds etc
In addition, the Tivoli world amusement park, Selwo marina, the largest water park in Malaga AQUALAND and the Torrequebrada golf course are a maximum of 10 minutes away by car.
The beach is only 300 meters away, with a large number of beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a gastronomic variety that is difficult to find elsewhere.
