About this property

Newly refurbished 2024 3 bed villa with private pool in fantastic location

Wonderful villa that has been fully refurbished both inside and out. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a single. The bedrooms all have ample wardrobe space, ceiling fans, fly screens and air conditioning. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Both the double bedrooms have patio doors with access to a patio which overlooks the private pool. The family bathroom has been modernised and has a walk in shower with glass screen.
In the open plan ground floor there are 3 main areas, the lounge, dining area and the kitchen. The lounge has leather settee's, coffee table, flat screen TV, android box for international TV and high speed wifi. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs and the kitchen has all new units, all new appliances (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc). Outside there are two private seating areas, one under a wooden pergola and one at the side of the villa to give additional seating. There is a dining table with chairs, gas BBQ, sunbeds and coffee tables. The private swimming pool has been re-tiled and has steps into the water to allow for easy access.

Fantastic villa in excellent location, Paul was the perfect host greeted us on arrival even though we were a late flight. Showed us the villa and even had a little welcome pack, kept in touch though the week, what more could you ask for except we should have booked two weeks.

Fantastic villa in a great location

We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) The villa was the perfect size for our group, very clean, modern and fully equipped with everything we needed. Paul greeted us as we arrived and showed us around the villa, also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The villa is perfectly located to explore the many beaches Cyprus has to offer. Pernera is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of lovely places to eat. Absolutely fantastic holiday! Thank you Paul for being such a wonderful host 💕

Exceeded our expectations, would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Upon arrival we were met by Paul who we had been in contact wiith throughout the initial enquiry booking and payment process. We were shown how the aircon, fans, safe, swimming pool light etc worked...There was some complimentary items in rhe fridge to get us by as we had a late arrival. The Villa itself was spotless with quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen is very well equiped and everything appears to be as new. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and we all found the beds very comfortable with all rooms having both aircon and fans. The bathrooms were finished with good quality fittings which again are in A1 condition The swimming pool is fully tiled, the area around the pool has quality non slip ceramic tiles which makes it a safw surface wirh wet feet and stays clean. All the windows had excellent blinds A main factor of choosing this Villa was the location.. We have always stayed in Pernera, this was perfect with everthibg been within walking distance such as beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.. Even though we have a car for the duration of our stay we enjoy walking from the villa to Protoras via the the boardwalk.. I could keep on as there are so many plus points and i am certain who ever books this villa will love it just as we did..Thanks again to Paul for giving us a first class service..
