About this property

Month-to-month Living In A Beautifully Furnished Rochester Townhome

This modern townhouse is perfect for the Executive on assignment, visiting MDs/HC professionals, Mayo patients or anyone looking for month-to-month (28 days minimum) luxury housing.

In January 2025 I added a 45" OLED LG TV and all new appliances. Kitchenaid appliances throughout the kitchen and a new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The pictures do not show these 7 new features.

All personal effects have been removed. Including all food items except condiments. You will have a healthy supply of paper items and soaps to get you stay started the minute you walk in the door. Both beds are new as of 3/17 and are furnished with the finest of linens. The entire townhouse was re-carpeted in May of 2019.

A home office, a futon and a large laundry room is located on the second level near the two bedrooms.

The townhouse is located in a quiet NW Rochester neighborhood just off highway 52. It is 6.8 miles or about an 11 minute drive to Mayo and the center of Rochester. An Uber to these locations cost $10 - $13 each way. The Rochester City Bus (#12) stops right out front of neighborhood. For $2 each the bus will get you to wherever you need to go. All of life's necessities are within one mile of the townhouse.

The townhouse has hi-speed WiFi and two smart TVs. Cable TV is not provided but you will be able to use all your own streaming services on both TVs.

You will most appreciate the attached, 2 car garage. Especially during the harsh realities of a Minnesota winter. The Home Owner's Association handles all external maintenance. You will never have to shovel snow, scrape windshields or mow grass. The landscaping is beautifully done.

This will be your home away from home. Welcome!

We were here in Rochester for medical treatment at the MAYO Clinic. The townhouse was excellent, clean and well stocked with small and large appliances. Craig was in Florida but quickly answered my texts and calls. Had ZERO issues with anything in the home. Awesome internet speed and able to stream easily. Master Bed was extremely comfortable and when daughter visited she raved about the Guest room. We were ten easily traveled minutes fro the MAYO West Parking Ramp. Rochester and the State cleared roads quickly during Snow events. Snow plowing and shoveling at the unit were excellent and timely. Clearly a place that made us feel at home away from home. We believe the price was very reasonable for the comfort and convenience we had. Grocery stores and many restaurants within 10 minutes. Apache Mall within 15 minutes. Perfect place to stay to meet our needs. Would definitely rent again if available when a need arises.

Home Away From Home

We needed a place to stay near Mayo while my son received treatment for leukemia. The townhome met all of our needs perfectly. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is a short and easy drive to Mayo and close to shopping and restaurants. Beds are comfortable. Nice having laundry room next to bedrooms. We would recommend this property.

Great Place

Craig went out of his way to make his home available during our Mayo Clinic stay. Very quiet and safe location that is about 10 minutes from Mayo. The check-in process was quick and easy. This is a very nice place that is close to everything you could need. We will definitely stay here again if available when we are in the area.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Craig's townhouse worked great for us. Convenient, we spent most of 5 weeks there with daily trips to Mayo. It's a short hop onto Rte. 52 and we could make most of our appointments in 15 minutes or less. Thankfully, initial entry into the townhouse was simple because we stumbled in at midnight, exhausted, due to travel complications and fell fast asleep in the very nice king bed. We found the double sink bathroom to be of good size, nice towels and good water pressure. The upstairs washer and dryer worked well and were exercised vigorously during a couple weekends when our daughter visited us from college. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied with utensils, pots and pans for our cooking. We always felt safe in the quiet neighborhood and found easy access to the myriad of asphalt walking/biking paths. The short hop to Rte. 52 provided easy access to Mayo, shopping , restaurants, breweries,.....Craig's place worked well for us and after a few particularly busy days it felt good to cozy up to the gas fireplace and watch a movie.

Home away from home

I was in Rochester for 6 weeks of radiation. This townhouse was just perfect. Everything was furnished for my stay. I was able to cook all of my meals and relax. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I felt very comfortable, my home away from home. I would stay again.

Great place with all the accommodations you need for an extended stay. Well stocked kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Plentiful cleaning supplies. Attached double garage was a plus. Very quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would rent this again if I needed it.
