Villa Iris is a lovely and charming single-storey villa, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday under the Algarve sun.



Inside the Villa

The bright and welcoming living and dining area provides the ideal space to unwind and spend quality time together.

The lounge includes comfortable sofas, fibre internet, and a TV with MEO provider.

Patio doors open directly to the beautiful garden and outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy peaceful moments and meals al fresco.



Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all essential utensils.

The washing machine is conveniently located in the outdoor laundry area, next to the kitchen door.



Bedrooms Bathrooms

Villa Iris features three comfortable bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: One single bed, air conditioning, and wardrobe.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe.



Bedroom 3 (Master): Double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace near the pool.



The en-suite bathroom includes a bath/shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

There is also a second shared bathroom in the hallway with a bath/shower, toilet, and sink.



Outdoor Area

Step outside and enjoy the relaxing private garden and inviting swimming pool (8m x 4m) the perfect spot to unwind, sunbathe, or enjoy a refreshing dip on warm Algarve days.



Villa Iris offers a peaceful atmosphere and all the comfort you need for a truly memorable stay.
