This charming Victorian semi-detached residence boasts 5 generously sized bedrooms and is located in a popular residential area, conveniently close to the city. With accommodation spread over 3 floors, the property offers the added benefit of gas central heating and retains many original features such as fireplaces, high ceilings, and deep skirting boards.

Our fully equipped kitchen features a range cooker, perfect for cooking delicious meals, while the property's wifi keeps you connected during your stay. Enjoy movie nights in the private cinema room or challenge your family and friends to a game of darts. The house also features two modern bathrooms, ensuring that there is plenty of space for everyone.

The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, lounge, cinema lounge, games area, kitchen, and dining area. The first floor offers a double bedroom, twin bedroom, triple bedroom, and bathroom with shower, while the second floor provides a double bedroom with shower, twin bedroom, and bathroom with a bath.

There is a rear enclosed garden which guests are welcome to use - please be aware there is a drop from the patio area to the lawn which is not fenced, please ensure all children are supervised at all times.

Please note that there is a BBQ on the property, but you will need to bring your own charcoal, fire lighters, and utensils. Additionally, the property features a Ring doorbell and noise monitoring system.
To secure your stay, a damage deposit of £250 and a copy of your ID are required. Lastly, kindly note that the office shuts at 9 pm, and any inquiries made after this time will only be answered at 9 am the next morning.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
