In the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, 120 m² cottage for 7 people.

Possibility of 4 additional beds in another cottage located on the same property: Le Séchoir de Rochefuret.

Completely restored in 2017 while preserving the character of the old, this house is independent and on one level on a private garden of 800m² facing south, planted with trees and flowers.

It offers: an independent entrance on the garden side, 2 large master bedrooms, 2 small children's bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with bath and toilet, the other with a walk-in shower and toilet. A living / dining room of 33m2 with a fireplace as well as an independent and fully equipped kitchen of 16m² enhance this property.

This cottage is located in the park of the Château de Rochefuret, a pretty eighteenth century residence, totally quiet.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience!
