True Provencial house

Spent a week last summer and here is why I rated it a 5 star: 1- Very good location in between St jean Cap Ferrat and Nice. Minimarket, pharmacy, fuel station and other amenities are 1 min away by car. 2- Very quiet area with no vis-a-vis with the neighbors 3-Understanding and accommodating host. 4-Large house in general, and large master bedroom and with a beautiful terrace and jaccuzzi bathtub. 5-Very large AND FLAT garden (very rare in this area because of the hill configuration). That is the highlight of the house. 6-Last but probably the most important aspect is that this a house is used by the host, so it is very warm, with art pieces, DVD library, high end music system, and a garden full of toys for children such as trampoline, a swing, tennis court, hamac, balls, pool stuff, etc. To note however, that the only view over the bay of nice (I think) is from the terrace of the master bedroom, but that is normal, as one can't have a large flat garden with no vis-a-vis with neighbors and still have views from the ground floor. Also the media room smelled humidity because it was not used prior to our arrival, but I understand this was treated since then. Overall, good value for money.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Had a lovely stay at the villa in Villfranche. The pool and tennis court kept the kids (and us) entertained for hours. Lovely private gardens for BBQ's during the day and we loved eating in the house with the doors wide open overlooking the gardens The walk down, or rather back from Villfranche worked off the coffee and croissant but it was certainly worth it and parking was easy on the lazier mornings! All in all we couldn't have asked for a lovelier villa in a better location. We will return.

Our surperb stay at Mr Ward villa in Villafrance

To find such a beautiful Villa with a tennis court and a massive swimming pool in possible the pick part of France was like winning first prize in a major lottery.We felt at home the moment we entered the Villa.The Villa was clean, well maintained and in a superb location .Mr Ward was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommend it to my closed friend. We will be back as soon as we can.
