Stable Cottage - 2 Bed, Country Cottage close to Blenheim Palace

Situated in the beautiful Hamlet of Worton, 'Stable Cottage' has been lovingly converted from an old Stable block into a charming two bedroom holiday cottage for 4 people. Located 20 minutes from Oxford, and 10 minutes from Blenheim Palace it is a superb base for activities in an around Oxfordshire. Our on-site seasonal pool, tennis court, and local country walks with also keep you entertained. (Pool opening times apply, including closure on Sundays - Summer months only).

- PROPERTY DETAILS -

Living/Dining/Kitchen: Through the front stable door the main living room, dining area and kitchenette are offered on an open plan basis. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, wood burner, and a modern kitchen is provided including a dishwasher.

Master Bedroom: Features an antique four poster bed, high ceilings, and stable door to the private garden.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds off the main living area on the other side to the master bedroom.

Shower Room: Large rain shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Rental of the property includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. A highchair and cot (no bedding) is also provided.

The exposed Cotswold stone, vaulted and beamed ceiling, and stable doors give this property plenty of character.

Check-in time - 3pm / Check-out time - 10am
Unfortunately due to housekeeping restraints we are unable to accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out.

Lovely setting and lovely people

The actual Stable was fitted out very well and all fixtures and fittings were great ,easy to find from the instructions ,view from our garden was lovely particularly late afternoon as we overlooked the gardens to the farm house which we could walk around when the house wasn’t occupied . The on site Bread and Butter cafe was great as Tracey there could deliver prepared meals to us each day to just pop in the oven at night and they were all lovely. Katie,Tina and Adam were all really helpful with any problems or questions we had and Katie was very helpful when we had a problem with our car and the AA,very near the lovely villages of the Cotswolds and Oxford ,would definitely recommend.

Great location and the cottage is well equipped. Managed to play tennis and use the fantastic pool. Lovely walks from the door. Close to Oxford and Blenheim would highly recommend coming here.
