An old stone country house, completely and tastefully restored, located in the Montesole Park, in the foothills of the Bolognese Apennines, and featuring a large garden with fruit trees. The “SPArisio” Country House, located on the property, features a synthetic-turf tennis court, a sunny swimming pool with a beautiful view, and various relaxation areas with comfortable lounge chairs.
It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, 1 large bedroom with 4 beds, 1 double bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Belle maison dans un coin au calme

Séjour reposant chez Alberto, qui est très attentionné. Propriété à l’écart et dotée de nombreuses possibilités de faire du sport (foot, tennis, volley…)
