About this property
Elegant Villa with Two Private Pools
Summary:
Place yourself on the east side of the house in the early morning, and admire the panorama of the rising sun. During the day, enjoy the large infinity pool of more than 20m to truly swim, as well as many outdoor spaces. As the sun goes down, look west and contemplate the beautiful sunset .
The Space:
Spaces for sun worshipers and shadow seekers abound. A stainless steel frame was built to provide a shaded area. In order to have more comfort during hot weather and bright sun, a water spray has been installed. Thanks to a remotely controlled system, a very fine mist is sprayed to help gently lower the air temperature.
The outdoor areas are divided on two different levels and have many places where visitors can have a good time. The view of Lorient and St Jean is simply spectacular.
Inside, no detail has been neglected for the decoration and the equipment of the Elegant Villa, two qualifiers come to mind: elegance and simplicity. The living room opens onto the terrace and the long heated pool overlooking the sea. The very modern kitchen overlooks the living space.
The Elegant Villa offers five bedrooms, three main located at the level of the living room and pool and two on the lower floor arranged as a loft ultra contemporary. The villa also has a gym, air-conditioned massage room and outdoor pool.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, you will find several shady and private places allow you to relax quietly, alone or with others.
