Duplex penthouse with stunning views in front of the Mascarat beach
Relax in this dream duplex penthouse overlooking the beautiful blue waters of our coast.
With an exquisite modern decoration and equipped with the best comforts.
The house is arranged on two floors, designed to have ocean views on both floors. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with a living room with a designer kitchen integrated with a bar and equipped with top brand appliances. That first floor has a large terrace with spectacular views and a complete bathroom.
On the second floor, we find two double bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a large dressing room and another large terrace in the double bedroom with views of the wonderful cove.
The house has integrated air conditioning.
For us the details are what make the difference.
The community has 3 swimming pools and 2 paddle tennis courts.
A staircase leads from the Mascarat town urbanization to the Mascarat cove.
The cove has two beach bars.
It is a perfect house to rest and regain strength in a beautiful area.
