Welcome to your home away from home! Peaceful, neat and clean Cape Cod ranch on quiet, family oriented cul-de-sac, tucked away from the main roads and only a few minutes walk to Inman Road beach or Aunties ice cream. Large, sunny living room with built-ins; separate dining room; hardwood floors throughout. Three generous bedrooms with ample closet space and window air conditioners. Enjoy the screened-in porch anytime - for morning coffee, catching up on some quiet time & afternoon reading or relaxing after dinner in insect-free comfort. Fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes & glassware, utensils, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker & lobster pot. Ample bathroom with tub and shower. After your day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the large enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water.

Located just a 5 - 10 min walk to Nantucket Sound on South side; 15 minute drive across Cape to Rte 6A Bayside beaches. Large yard is perfect for sunning and relaxing after your day with a cold beverage. Eat outside at the picnic table (umbrella for shade) and cook up dinner on the small gas grill on the back deck. Shade trees yet lots of sun for just hanging out. Wi-fi, cable tv, a variety of board and card games for family entertainment. Centrally located near many beaches, ice cream shops, golf courses & restaurants. A great place for spring & fall golf getaways!

Wonderful vacation in well appointed cottage

We had a wonderful week at this cottage with our two young children. The area was great for families with a nearby playground and beach within walking distance, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable memorable stay. Lovely backyard for yard games and peaceful screened porch. We can’t wait to come back.

Coziest home to stay for your vacation getaway!

This house is much more than a rental property. You enter into a beautifully decorated home with exceptional feng shui. Included is every amenity that one would need, above and beyond the basics. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The screened in porch was our favorite. It was where we began and ended each day. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It is a special gem that made our trip most memorable.

We were hesitant to start over. After renting the same cottage for over a decade, the owner decided to sell and we were forced to look for a new cottage. Kathy made it so easy to discern what her cottage offers, from sleeping arrangements to kitchen utensils, her listing is accurate and she is very easy to contact. We slept 6 full size people there (youngest was 15) and we had a wonderful stay. Our must haves - being walking distance from the beach and a walk or bike ride from many of our favorite spots (The Dog House, What's the Scoop?, tennis courts and basketball hoops). This location was PERFECT. Small things that may not seem important but make a huge difference - a sizable clothes line with clothes pins, beach chairs that looked brand new, and an updated bathroom. Bonus - we loved the screened in porch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wonderful little rental that we enjoyed immensely. Comfortable and homey. Kitchen well furnished and clean. We spent hours on the screened-in porch relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet close to the beach.

Beautiful, spacious house in great location

Owner was so accommodating, allowed me to bring groceries and luggage in waaaay before check in time. She even helped me bring them in the house! This house has everything: plastic wrap for sandwiches and leftovers, beach chairs, coolers for the beach, bikes, I mean EVERYTHING! The location is so convenient to everything cape cod: beaches, shopping, restaurants.... you get the idea! And the screen porch was perfect! Spent many a night listening to the sounds of summer from the porch!

Wonderful Stay on the Cape

Super clean and comfy home away from home close to a nice beach. House has all necessary amenities we needed. I loved the outdoor shower, lots of privacy. Loved the screened in porch. AC in bedrooms was a great plus as the weather was quite hot for the Cape. Weather was perfect all week. Beds were very comfortable which is a tough find for the Cape. House is within a half mile of beach, and many restaurants, and downtown area as well as a short drive to main activities for families, if one likes those things. We got to go to our favorite restaurants and try some new ones. We plan to return same time next year. It was a five star stay. Donna M.

Kathy was very accommodating throughout the entire experience renting her house. She was great about giving us information about the house, good places to eat, area beaches, and places to visit. We enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful house in Dennisport. It’s an ideal location to explore Cape Cod. The house is comfortable with more than enough room for a family of 5. The garden is great for kids and the porch is a lovely place to spend a relaxing evening. We would recommend!

My family had a fun week and fantastic weather. This house is a perfect size on a corner lot with a nice shaded yard and post rail fence. House has a nice lay out with many new interior upgrades. Especially enjoyed having coffee on the screened porch first thing in the morning. The outside shower was very convenient. Kathy was friendly and easy to work with when planning our stay and helpful with recommendations to restaurants. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Bright and cozy home

This home is bright, cozy, and well cared for. Rooms are generously sized with plenty of room for a family. The porch is nice to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. lLocated in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to routes 6, 6A, and 28. An easy drive to Chatham, Hyannis and scenic villages and towns around the cape. There are several nice restaurants in the area. Main Street is not far from the house with a General Store and other conveniences readily available. This is a lovely home you are sure to enjoy.

Home away from home on the Cape! The D'Arcy Family

Thank you Kathy for sharing your Cape Cod home with our family. This coming August will be our 10th year vacationing at your wonderful home. Our whole family looks forward to this trip all year long!! Especially our boys who are 10 and 11 years old. There are so many things we love about your home..... I could go on and on, but will tell you just a few of the most special things we do. We love being able to walk down to the beach each night after dinner to throw the football around, take a quick swim or go crabbing. Then heading back to the house to wash off in the awesome outdoor shower!! Once the boys are all cleaned we head to the screened in porch for a board game. The large yard is great for badminton and other yard games. Then of course the close proximity a lot of fun activities like go-carts, arcades, trampolines and min-golf. So much fun stuff to do while visiting the Cape. We love the comfort of your home and look forward to coming back for many years to come!! the D'Arcy Family

Superb rental opportunity

The property was as advertised. The house was clean and obviously well maintained. The yard, neat. This is a year round home with all the amenities and pretty much everything you need. The house is cozy, yet spacious enough to find a spot to yourself when a littlle "me time" is needed. Don't skip the outside shower, either. The location is great. There's much to do on the Cape and this property in is the middle of it all, without being in the middle of it all. You're close to the local attractions and some excellent restaurants. Don't miss the Ocean House and the Villa Roma for outstanding dining experiences. I have recommended rental of this property to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Enjoy your stay.

Family vacation in a very pleasant neighborhood.

My family had the opportunity to stay at this property for several years. The property is well kept and clean. The house is very comfortable, spacious and in a very nice location. The breezeway and outdoor shower were a nice ammenity to have and used during our stay. My family enjoyed walking, running and biking to the beach. At least once during our stay we walked to a breakfast diner, bakery and small shops. We enjoyed our stay for many years. Unfortunately my children are young adults and their schedules hard to coincide that we can not commit to a week. I highly recommend this house.
