I would like a refund thanks!

The start of our trip was a major disappointment - still waiting to see the inside of our accommodation. The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. We then had to scramble to find accommodation at that late hour after travelling for 24hr from AUS to Italy. A terrible start to our trip. By the time the host actually made contact around 8pm, by that time we had long gone. Yes he apologised - not good enough - considering this accommodation had been booked in since May 23, so annoyed, we were really looking forward to our stay. Would not recommend based on our experience and would also like my accommodation cost refunded. Fn

Tres bien situé et de bonne dimenssion, un peu damour serais a donné exemple lavabo bouché, rideau de douche, fournir papier hygienique et un petit divan au salon. Sinon satisfaisant en general pour un bon rapport qualité prix.
