Set in manicured gardens this 2-storey villa offers 3 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. On entrance there is an impressive hallway with access to a twin bedroom, fully fitted modern kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the manicured gardens, heated swimming pool and fabulous BBQ and exterior dining area with wooden pergola for shading.

Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms and a large south facing terrace with stunning views.



The pool is 8x4 and can be heated for an additional fee. The house is fully air conditioned and there is an electric awning offering shade on terrace

The house is extremely well furnished and equipped offering comfort and luxury. The villa is a short drive from Carvoeiro and Ferragudo making it an ideal location for families or couples.

These luxury villas surround the beautiful Gramacho golf course, a quiet neighbourhood close to Carvoeiro. Great for families and couples, lots of nice restaurants and small bars

Lovely villa

Lovely spacious villa, with amazing pool and views in the grounds of the golf resort. Great sunsets viewed from the balcony. Well equipped villa and friendly and good maid service during the week. I received my arrival email two days after we had already arrived at the property. Also on the day of arrival the pool had been drained and was being refilled with a hose so we couldn’t use the pool on the first afternoon. No one came to turn the water off and therefore we had to turn this off ourselves on the second afternoon once the pool was full. The filters were only then turned on by someone another day later.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Ambiente

Super Wegbeschreibung, easy Check-in, herzlichen Dank für das Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank. Haus, Garten und Pool alles wie abgebildet. Es war sauber und alles in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Verschiedene Strände und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist sehr eng. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
