This architect-designed four-bedroom holiday home – with two bedrooms in the main house and two in the spacious 27 m² annex – offers you just that. The house has been furnished with an eye for detail, creating an exciting and cosy atmosphere. The main house features a large bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/dining area that flows naturally into the living room. The large windows facing the forest bring nature right inside, and from the various terraces – both open and covered – you can find sun or shelter. The holiday home is situated on a sloping plot at the top of the hill, so you are almost sitting in the treetops, and with a bit of luck you can spot deer and squirrels in the garden, which borders the forest. One of the house’s absolute highlights is the large outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air (not available from 1 November to 1 April, and during cold spells we cannot guarantee full heating until the day after arrival). The holiday home is situated in the heart of the scenic surroundings of Mols Nature Park, with excellent walking trails, including the popular Mols Bjerge Trail. At the same time, you are just a short drive away from experiences for the whole family: spend a fun day at Djurs Sommerland, see exotic animals at REE Park, or enjoy the charming old town of Ebeltoft with its cobbled streets, glass workshops and cosy cafés. The holiday home is not available for hire to youth groups and is ideal for families or groups seeking the perfect combination of nature, relaxation and fun experiences.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
