No cumple con lo anunciado en la pagina
El apartamento está tal cual se ve en las fotos y está recién reformado pero hay muchas cosas mejorables y la información de la vivienda en VRBO no corresponde con lo que nos encontramos en algunos aspectos.
Primero: el alquiler se anuncia con garaje, al llegar la dueña nos avisa que no hay garaje y que se equivocarian en poner el anuncio. Insistimos en qué es necesario tener un aparcamiento (para que se cumplan las condiciones de la reserva a través de la página y al ser muy complicado aparcar en la zona y tener además un menor a cargo con discapacidad). Tras insistir nos proporcionan un aparcamiento a 300 metros de la casa, muy incómodo para cargar y descargar y para el día a dia
Segundo: el anuncio indica un día de estancia entre alquiler en la política de limpieza y para eso hay un cargo de 65 euros en conceptos de limpieza. No es verdad, ya que hay registro de entrada y salida en el mismo día. En nuestro caso para llegar a tiempo a limpiar en el mismo día la dueña de la vivienda nos avisa el dia de antes de la salida de que llegará a las 10:30 (30 min antes.de la hora de salida previsto en nuestra reserva).Insistimos en qué por favor respeten la hora de salida indicada. Cumplen con el requerimiento y a las 10:55 llaman a la puerta de casa para poder acceder( es la primera vez que me pasa algo asi en 25 años que llevo viajando).
Como último el piso esta bien pero ha sido recién reformado antes de poder ultimar muchos detalles para una estancia cómoda. No hay un solo cajón para guardar ropa, hay 2 armarios con perchas y nada más (uno de ellos con un agujero en la pared y que huele bastante), y faltan en general muchas cosas básicas que se necesitan al alquilar una vivienda para una vacación en familia.
