This home was built with our dream vacation in mind. Nothing between the house and the white sandy beach and the crystal clear water of Santa Rosa Sound. The house is laid out perfectly for two or three families to vacation together. If you like the Gulf or the bay this house is perfect!

• Calm waters of the bay are perfect for children to swim in without the worries of the ocean
• Garage that can fit 2 cars with elevator up to the living areas; 3 cars can fit total in the garage/driveway. Additional free parking available a couple of blocks away.

Location:
Navarre Beach is a beautiful, white sand, clear water beach that consistently ranks as one of the top beaches in the country. Located on Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island.
• Very easy to get to from all directions
o Mobile is under 2 hours
o New Orleans is about 3.5 hours
o Baton Rouge is a little over 4 hours
o Montgomery is about 3 hours
• Far enough away from the more populated areas of Pensacola and Destin to be calm and quiet, but close enough for an easy (and beautiful) ride to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping.
Notes:
• Renters must be 26 years or older. No college or school age groups allowed without parental supervision.
• All parking must be within the driveway per neighborhood rules

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. If you are wanting a relaxing vacation, I highly recommend staying here. Chris the property manager is very responsive. The house was clean. The private beach area that’s attached to the home is wonderful. There is a community pool that is 1/10 of a mile away and the ocean side of the island is just 3/10 of a mile away. We had a wonderful time! We highly recommend.The pic is the sunrise from the balcony of the house.

The place was perfect for kids! Have not ever had a place so close to the water. Which was effortless. Especially when the kids wanted to go down for a swim. Great family vacation!

We have spent many summers in Destin, Pensacola and Gulf Shores. This vacation in Navarra was probably our best. Less traffic, more private, perfect accommodations, easy access to the crowds and restaurants. The house was amazing and perfect for our family, owners have put a lot of thought in the layout and décor of this beach rental. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The location is second to none in the area. We loved walking to the gulf side after spending the morning with the kids playing in the sound. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and everything worked perfect. What a wonderful area and home.

We had a fabulous time!! Everyone had their own room/bathroom!!! The bay was perfect for the grands. The porches were great for the adults! Our Favorite Beach Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property. The location is unmatched due to the ease of access to the beach but even more easily accessed bay which is just in the backyard. This is ideal for little ones and easily being able to coordinate naps and still have outdoor time! We can’t say enough about the amenities and home layout. We’ll be back!

Amazing property

The house on the bay is perfect. We spent hours on the water with paddle boards that we brought and used the kayaks and sand toys provided. Everything as advertised. The weather could have been better, but we made the most of it with the short walk to the heated pool. Perfect location for our group!

Spring Break 2025

My family of four and our friends, also a family of four, shared some great memories at the house over spring break. Being on the bay allowed the children to touch the water as soon as they work up. The kids loved all the toys, including the kayak. And we loved being able to fish and caught some crabs for an evening appetizer. And the sunsets were beautiful from back porch!

Perfect beach house

The perfect setting for families with young children and those who like to fish. We loved the gorgeous views of the sunsets and even had a double rainbow over the water one morning! Outside, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing pier, beach, hammock, and community pool. The house was fully stocked and the bedrooms with attached bathroom worked great for all of us!
