Perfect in every way

We had a fabulous stay. The owners are very helpful and the little cottage is charming. It was a wonderful week that I would highly recommend.

A great cottage, near lovely location, check in very poor

They had no record of our booking, we had no way of contacting the owner, there was no answer to the phone number given.we arrived after help from local people, at 7.pm and coudnt go in cottage as it was not cleaned ready till nearly 9.pm. Log burner filled room with steam when lit so had to leave doors open , not a good start. It was a very stressfull experiance, as we thought we had no where to go and had traveled for over 8 hours. If it had not been for the commiment of 2 people of the staff that had been looking after the place ,they were very sweet actually and made what was a very anxious start end up being a lovley stay. Thank you for the cake you made for us .
