The setting is a plateau above the village of Menerbes, with pine trees and garrigue, totally peaceful but only a 3 minute walk into the village.

The villa has a wonderful setting, it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside, with a private pool and a private terrace. The interior is modern and has an open plan 'loft' style about it.

It is spacious and comfortable, and specifically designed for 2-person rentals. There are two other units of the same size on the grounds and there is also a larger pool shared with them and set back away from the accommodation.

Bedroom
The bedroom looks to the impressive view and you can open up the patio doors to take it all in. There is a large double bed (160cm) and a separate bathroom and w.c. There is air conditioning in the bedroom.

Lounge
There is a big open area with comfortable seating for relaxing and contemplating the view onto the terrace through the large patio doors. Airconditioning.

Kitchen
A simple kitchen area has all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable and includes a washing machine.

Outside
The apartment has its private, secluded terrace facing south to the view, with seating and dining table.

The terrace wraps around the view side of the house including the bedroom and a small private pool and sunbathing terrace.

The rest of the gardens and land stretches to the east including the pool which is shared with the two other rental units on the property. The pool measures 12m x 5m (40 x 16ft).

The property is in a quiet area above Menerbes and has off-street parking.
