Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement et la terrasse sont aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Le lieu est agréable et reposant. Nathalie et Christophe sont de très bons conseils, aux petits soins, tout en discrétion. C'était un véritable plaisir d'échanger, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Auf den ersten Blick entsteht bei der Buchung der Eindruck, dass man das Haus allein bewohnt. Tatsächlich befindet sich direkt daneben eine weitere Ferienwohnung, zudem wohnen die Vermieter im Obergeschoss. Die Privatsphäre ist daher eingeschränkt.Die Zufahrt ist sehr kurvig, steinig und eng.Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei unserer Ankunft – bis auf kleinere Details – sauber.Sehr negativ war jedoch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin nach der Abreise. Per E-Mail wurde in scharfem Ton behauptet, wir hätten das Haus in einem unzumutbar verschmutzten Zustand hinterlassen. Dies entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die in den Buchungsbedingungen festgelegten Pflichten wurden erfüllt, obwohl KEINE Endreinigung durch den Mieter vorgesehen ist. Darüber hinaus haben wir vor der Abreise noch durchgekehrt und die Küche gereinigt. Einige der beanstandeten Punkte, etwa ein angeblich verschmutztes Backblech, betrafen Zustände, die bereits bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden waren. Zudem wurde uns unterstellt, während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt zu haben, was nicht zutrifft.Außerdem wurde behauptet, ein zweiter Hund sei nicht angemeldet gewesen. Da laut Unterkunft nur ein Haustier erlaubt ist, hatte ich dies vor der Buchung ausdrücklich angefragt und abstimmen lassen.Die Kommunikation wurde zunehmend persönlich. Normalerweise verfasse ich keine ausführlichen Bewertungen, halte es in diesem Fall jedoch für wichtig, diese Erfahrung mit zukünftigen Gästen zu teilen.

La location étant un appartement il se situe au Rez de chaussée d’une villa je ne pense pas que vous ayez été dérangés En ce qui concerne les détails sur la propreté de l’appartement il faudra les préciser … Les chiens sont acceptés mais il hors de question de laisser un appartement aussi sale avec un sol jonché de poils de sable et de rognures d’ongles vous aviez un aspirateur à votre disposition c’est la moindre des choses de le passer lors de votre départ un simple coup de balai ne suffit pas à l’évidence. Il y a des règles à respecter pour un locataire comme vérifier sous les lits les tiroirs et vider ses poubelles qui n’étaient pas triées bien sûr avec du soda dégoulinant sur la terrasse Lors de votre départ je suis venue vous dire au revoir comme à mon habitude mais vous aviez l’air pressés car vous ne vous êtes pas arrêtés ! Les locataires suivants n’ont pas à subir votre manque de civisme et vos carences en terme de propreté le respect des lieux et le fait de rendre un logement propre est impératif Effectivement la plaque était propre mais pas le four qui se nettoie par pyrolyse et le lave vaisselle n’était pas lancé sans compter vos restes sous le lit et vos affaires dans le tiroir… C’est la première fois que je reçois des personnes aussi peu respectueuses j’espère la dernière…
