Crisp white 200 count Egyptian cotton linens and pocket spring mattresses provide superb comfort for a great night’s sleep, as you recharge from exploring this iconic city.
Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, which can also be made up as two single beds, In bedroom 2 you will find a double bed (compact room), and in bedroom 3, a king size bed. There is a main bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and basin.
The flat has a flat screen smart TV, Bose Soundtouch bluetooth speaker and wifi throughout. The apartment is on the first floor.
A selection of restaurants and cafes are on your doorstep on the Royal Mile tempting you to dine close to home after a busy day sightseeing, or even for breakfast al fresco! There is also a local food store conveniently situated to the rear of the apartment block, and a supermarket a few minutes walk away should you wish to unwind and cook at home in your fully-equipped kitchen - which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Entry to the apartment is from 4pm until 8pm.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. This can be arranged with us 48h before your check-out.
A cot, cot bedding and a high chair are available on request for £10 per night.

One block off the royal mile. 10 minute walk to Holyrood Palace.
The building and the street are very quiet! Apartment was very clean. The beds and pillow’s were comfy. We only used the kitchen for tea and coffee but it seemed well stocked. Washer available.
Great place! Emil was our contact and he was so helpful. He was there waiting when we arrived. Showed us around the place and then gave us tips on where to go and have dinner.

A nice, modern apartment. Reasonably clean, all you need to be fully independent, has a free car space, close to all the "Old Town" attractions. Comfy beds, security building, shower could be updated.
Overall a good place for a decent price.
