Villa rental in Spain: The villa Leticia is a spectacular and luxurious villa with private pool and jacuzzi. It is located in one of the most prestigious developments on the Costa Tropical, located in Andalusia in southern Spain, in Almuñecar (Granada). Villa Leticia is located just about 100 km from Malaga airport, Granada and Almeria. The villa is located near the N-340 road which connects Malaga and Almeria, just 1 km from Almuñecar (Granada) the prime tourist destination of the Costa Tropical.

This villa with its private pool and jacuzzi is located in the urbanization Fuentes de Almuñecar. The urbanization is located on the spectacular hillside part of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical, just three minutes from the sea, beach and town. The urbanization consists of independent houses / apartments / and villas which guarantees rest, views and privacy. It is located just 1.5 km from the magnificent beaches of Almuñecar such as Velilla beach, Tesorillo, Pozuelo and San Cristobal. Being situated on a secluded street of the urbanization there are no passing vehicles which guarantees silence, intimacy and privacy.

This luxury Holiday Home with pool and jacuzzi, is built on a plot of land consisting of 550 m2 and 290 m2 which is the actual villa. This villa with pool and jacuzzi is designed for relaxation, to enjoy the incredible views and all the amazing facilities the villa offers. It has been built with materials of extraordinary quality and has large windows giving magnificent views over the sea, the beaches and the surroundings.

This villa was built facing the south, giving sun and light throughout the whole day. The design of this villa is exquisite with different open spaces, some in the sun and some in the shade. It has large windows and terraces that show incredible views of the whole region. Salobreña, Granada Beach (with its golf course with 18 holes), Motril with its Port and Yacht Club , Torre Nueva where you can see the lighthouse Faro Sacratif in the distance. These areas are located in the middle of an area consisting of green fields (previously used to grow sugar cane, but today they harvest several different crops). On one side of the great plains are beaches, and on the other, the mountains. Everything can be seen from the villa. Imagine the views at sunset with the intense blue sea and the overwhelming colors of the sky that switch from red, yellow and violet… Simply Amazing, Fantastic, Wonderful, Unique, and incredible!

Villa Leticia, is built over three floors and there is parking space for 2/3 cars. The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 4 bathrooms and a toilet, a large living room with satellite TV, kitchen, several terraces, laundry room, a separate barbecue terrace ( there is also a bathroom in barbecue area, pool area). The villa has a superb wine cellar, a full equipped kitchen, hot water jacuzzi, and an excellent swimming pool with a built in Jacuzzi.

NOTE: We always fall short of words when explaining the amount of facilities that this villa poses, therefore we suggest that you have a look at the photos as “a picture says more than a thousand words”.

Distribution:

The house is completely surrounded and isolated. Car access is via an automatic gate and there is outdoor parking for 1-2 cars , there is also a closed garage with an automatic door large enough for a car. Through the garage you have access to the house, the main floor, however there is also a separate door giving access to this floor.

The main floor is on street level. This floor gives access to living room, and the living room opens up to a terrace with a covered porch and the 6 x 4 swimming pool with a jacuzzi incorporated. On the same floor is the kitchen and dining room and a bedroom with sea views, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.

On the upper floor (+1), you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, 3.5 x 2.5 m terrace with magnificent views, a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, toilet, and shower.

On the same floor there 2 other bedrooms both with 2 single beds each and large closets. There is one bathroom for these two rooms. The laundry room is also located on the upper floor.

Bottom floor (-1) The Bodega, wine cellar, with a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. A American style open kitchen with bar. Another big room with a fireplace and a hot tub/ jacuzzi for up to 8/10 people. Magnificent terrace with wonderful views where the barbecue area is located and access to the swimming pool with jacuzzi incorporated.

The kitchen on the main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a table for 6 people and all the necessary items to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Terrace area of the wine cellar; great barbecue with side table outdoor furniture with a table for 10 people, 3 high tables with two stools each. From this area you have access to the oval pool with jacuzzi incorporated.
