Wonderful stay

Roberto's apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Bologna. It is super spacious and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor space where we cooked on the grill. The check in and out process was super easy, and Roberto was always on hand to answer our questions. It was only a 15 min walk to the city centre. Super great price for the space!

Nice spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood. Lovely owner who was super helpful. Easy 15-20 minute walk into centre. Would definitely stay again.

Has everything we needed!

We were very happy with our stay. The owner is a wonderful and helpful person. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio is VERY nice, and there's also a clothes dryer. 90 meters from the front door is an excellent, large grocery store, and 100 meters away is an adorable neighborhood trattoria (Autotreno). Not Bologna's best food, but good to have. 150 meters away are several cafes. Old town looks far away, on a map, but the walk is a safe, straight shot, and takes only about 15 minutes. There are a couple take&cook pasta shops 8-12mins away, by foot. The neighbors are quiet, but you should lower the exterior window covers, to avoid noise from the 7am street cleaning machine. The locks on the doors are plenty secure. There is a lot of graffiti across the city, but Bologna would be a great place to live.

Le logement est bien situé, proche de commerces essentiels et des transports en commun. Nous avons pu visiter Bologne très facilement et la relative proximité de la gare nous a permis de nous rendre à Ferrare et à Ravenne. L'appartement est spacieux mais les lits sont peu confortables et la cuisine manque cruellement du minimum d'ustensiles de cuisine permettant de préparer les repas: un four mais pas de plat à four, pas de plats, le minimum d'assiettes de de couverts, deux cocottes dans un etat d'usure avancé et sans couvercles....

Great location, quiet and comfy

Everything was as advertised, and the location allowed for easy access to sites and restaurants in 5-30 minutes of walking. We would have loved wine glasses, a few extra towels and a more complete set of kitchen utensils - particularly sharp knives and a spatula. Even so, we had all we needed to enjoy our week! Roberto is warm and accommodating and checked in to see if we were doing OK. Also gave us some good restaurant recommendations.

Perfekt til storbysferie

En virkelig dejlig lejlighed midt i Bologna - med skøn terasse. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra den gamle bymidte. Gode senge. Køkkeninventar kunne bruge en opdatering.
