It's so easy to access with no stairs and no old small elevator, perfect for moving easy your baggage. Have a full kitchen (double sink, oven, complete fridge + freezer, dishwasher and supplies) a comfortable table for 4 persons. Living room with sofa. Studio / room with a single or double bed regular size 160 cm. Main bathroom with window, very big shower and a washing machine + dryer. Master bedroom (possible twin) with window, private bathroom with windows, shower and closet baggage spot.

Great Bologna Apartment

Everything was great, perfect location, close enough to walk within 10 mins of most dining and attractions. Alessandro was great at communicating prior to visiting and meet us at the apartment when we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment!

Fabulous location, very clean. Excellent stay

Wife and I visiting Bologna. Mot familiar with the city or area, but our host was great. The apartment provided us woth easy access to all the major sites and facilities. Though near a busy street, the building was quiet and secure. Nice layout of the unit... an excellent choice.

Thr property was fine and the host both friendly and efficient BUT it was not simple contacting you , and you wre very late in putting us in touch with the host .

Fortunately after we share our direct whatsapp contact we had a very quick response about everything you need ( getting info, parking, tips etc ect ) in a chat with more that 25 message, so that was so much better. Fantastic modern apartment

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well located. Easy walk to the center of Bologna. Alessandro was easy to communicate with and gave very detailed instructions about the apartment and advice about how to enjoy Bologna. We had a wonderful visit! Grazie!!

Wonderful location in the heart of bologna

Lovely quiet spacious ground floor apartment. However the second bedroom is open to the lounge with a pull out divan bed and no storage - a little tight for a second adult couple. However it was manageable for our 5 night stay as the location was great.

Quiet and Close

Apartment was wonderful for our stay in Bologna. Very walkable. Listing indicates Dryer but for us Americans, we are expecting an actual dryer, not drying rack. Otherwise, everything else was as expected.

Quiet location close to the historic centre of Bologna

Nice ground floor apartment off an internal court of a large building. Lovely bathrooms. Slightly odd arrangement of entrance and living space with one bedroom partially open to the seating area. Good coms with landlord, including some valuable restaurant recommendations (reserve in advance) although we never actually met.

I’m going to start with the only negative. There is no door or curtain or any privacy on the second bedroom. This made the living area awkward as well as sleeping areas. That said The apartment was clean, well appointed comfortable and in just the right location! Perfect for a couple!

Great Apt. Has all you need to stay for several nights. Alessandro was very helpful and on top of everything. Location was great and the Apartment was very clean. The only suggestion would be a door or curtain to separate the 2nd bedroom for privacy

Alessandro was very helpful working with us and our train schedule to get us into the apartment early so we could drop our bags. He made sure that we knew now to work everything and gave us directions to the main square which was only a 5 minute walk. He had even left water in the fridge and various spices etc for our use. When I contacted him for dinner recommendations he was prompt in his response. Felt very comfortable there and made to feel welcome. When we return to Bologna we will make a point of staying here again

Modern, Quiet Apt in City Center

The apartment has a modern style and appears to have been recently renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms were in mint condition. The apt is on the ground floor of a building with an inside courtyard, so it is very quiet. The location is good—5 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The Piazza is set up for a nightly outdoor movie during the summer, which keeps the area vibrant at night. We enjoyed our brief stay in a Bologna very much and found this apt to be perfect for our needs.
