Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and the Born are just 5 minutes away.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, with a flat-screen TV, tables and chairs. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom is finished in white marble and has a shower.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment.

If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.

Arrivals after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of €30.

Nice place for group

Good location, except I found there to be some sketchy people who hang around because it is between McDonald and Taco Bell and in front of bus station. There are 3 doors to get into the unit and it is a little confusing. Overall a good find though. My criticism lies with the ladies at the Ola Living office desk. One of them was so rude and had a terrible attitude. When I spoke to her she ignored me and glared at me. She mistakenly told some people in our group that they would be staying upstairs and directed them to the wrong room. She took our bags to hold while our apartment was being prepared and then when we came back just 2 hours later she didn’t even remember us or that we left our bags with her. She seems like she hates her job. She was a larger young girl with glasses and dark hair. Not sure what her deal is but whatever.

Very well located Needs some storage in the second room (Closet, Shelves…) absolutely no where to put your clothes… Cleanliness so so (bunch of hairs on the floor…
