About this property

Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and the best areas of interest. Only 5 minutes from the Gothic Quarter and El Beron.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, which converts into a bed, a flat screen television, tables and chairs. You will also find the kitchen fully equipped.

The bathroom is finished in white marble and has a shower.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within 250 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

Very well located Needs some storage in the second room (Closet, Shelves…) absolutely no where to put your clothes… Cleanliness so so (bunch of hairs on the floor…
