Fabulous, 140 square meters, antique apartment refurbished with unique taste. It has the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay in a privileged location, located in the heart of Barcelona (two minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas)

THE SPACE:
Due to the adjacent situation of the rooms, the apartment is ideal for stays of families with children. It is also a good option for business travelers looking for a central location.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) and 1 double sofa bed

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
University Square (Plaça Universitat in Catalan) is a square located in the center of Barcelona. Its name comes from the fact that in the north of the square is the historic building of the University of Barcelona. Plaça Universitat joins the district of l'Eixample with that of Raval. On the right side of the university, you can find Calle Balmes. It is a very important street in Barcelona, connecting the upper part of the city with the old town (Ciutat Vella).

Great location but not run well.

The location is fantastic in the city center close to La ramblas. The overall apartment is nice but the beds are a negative. There are two twin beds next to each other and it’s not a king bed. The head board is exposed plywood. The pillows are super thin and cheap. There are not enough pillows to double up. Also the towels are the thinnest cheapest things I have seen. It’s a nice place but run by a very cheap management company how priorities profit over all else. We also had a power failure to the whole unit and the management was not available to help right away. It took them 6 hours to respond.

Great space

Amazing location, convenient to Barcelona and allowed us to really feel like we're local. Accessible to subway, restaurants, bars and shopping districts.

Beautiful stay in Barcelona

Wonderful apartment, plenty of room for multiple adults. Three bedrooms, each able to sleep two people. One pull out couch with accessibility for two more. Excellent location very close to Las Ramblas and other interesting sites within the city. Metro station two blocks away. Multiple restaurants and Supermarkets for food in the area. Overall, excellent stay in Barcelona.
