Wunderschöne ruhige Villa

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit einem tollem Pool und vielen Bädern. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe vor anderen Leuten.

The villa is brand new, built in 2020. Modernly designed and fully equipped with various facilities.
Everything is new inside and outside of the house.

What makes this property unique

High level of privacy. Just 900 m from the property there is a popular horse ranch Barba Tone, widely known in Istria as a favorite gathering place for lovers of these noble animals. If you need some excitement, the famous "Glavani adrenalin park" is 9 km away. The first beach is 10 km away so you will need a car. Restaurant "Pizzeria Katarina" is 650 m above the house.

Villa Sain also offers table football, darts, and PS4.
