New Villa With private Pool

A new built house with all new furniture. The house is situated between Bale and Vodnjan in the place called Batvači about 4 km from the sea. The place has a private pool and parking. The house is adapted for disabled people. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with Sat TV and air condition, a toilet, and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, on the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms also with their own bathrooms. Each room has air condition. The place is about 4 km away from the beach.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONPets are available only upon request. The maximum number of pets is 2 and there is an extra fee of 7€ per pet per night upon arrival. In case the pets are not requested or the number of pets are more than 2 the owner have the right not to receive them.

Surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful with a number of restaurants and local beaches / beach bars within a 5 min drive. Busy areas are accessible via a car and a short 15 min drive. Großzügige Villa mit toller Ausstattung und Pool. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern vor Ort und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz sich auch zurückziehen zu können. Riesige Wohnküche. Ausstattung super um gemütlich gemeinsam zu kochen und essen. Tolle Terrasse, toller Balkon. Handtücher für den Pool auch bereitgestellt!! Etwas außerhalb - wie so oft bei Villen. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Strand und Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt Kontakt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Eingezäunt somit konnte unser Hund sich auch frei bewegen

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben: sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und insgesamt sehr ordentlich. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügte, das hat den Aufenthalt für unsere Gruppe sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und alles war bestens organisiert. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war für uns die Lage. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder andere Angebote, sodass man für alles auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Abgesehen davon können wir die Unterkunft aber definitiv weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist top, die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub mit viel Platz, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Hedonistra. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 2 Hunden vor Ort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Pool, der schöne Außenbereich und die ruhige Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön für die stets freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass ich mein Elektroauto kostenlos über die Außensteckdose laden durfte. Das war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Brilliant service!

Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war sehr abgelegen. Ein Nachbar rein Nachbar ein wenig unentspannt leider am Nachmittag bezüglich Lautstärke der Kinder beim Pool. dürfte aber auch ein Gast gewesen sein. Am nächsten Tag anderr Gäste die bis 10 Uhr in der früh laut Party machten. die Besitzer des Hauses waren äußerst freundlich.
