Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas are three custom built and architect designed villas situated in the rolling hills. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Olive Grove and Fig Tree 10 x 5 m, 1.4 m deep, Banana Valley 8x4 m, 1.3 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols. All villas have an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farmhouse in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. The villas are light, airy and spacious, cool in summer and seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style in an unobtrusive and simple manner. We do not rent to groups of friends.

Fanastic villa, fantastic host

The villa is modern, and well equipped. It is a bit furyher out of town than we'd expected, so car/taxi ride in, but fine. You would struggle withnjout a car, although Mehmet ("tame" taxi man was lovely and very obliging (fare into town about 150 Lira) Eeva is a brillaint host, and very patient with our various enquiries Even had Maggie tha cat to entertain us in the evening!

An absolute gem

Situated in a fantastic location up in the hills so away from all the hustle and bustle of the town but only a short drive away when you decide that’s what you want. Eeva the host is a lovely woman making you feel right at home and only a call away should you need anything. Could recommend it more

A perfect villa

We were upgraded and spent two days in this villa which is incredibly private with amazing views. Very peaceful with a great pool! Eeva is very friendly and always happy to answer questions. We hired a car which was perfect but you can also get taxis if you don't want to drive yourself. Can't wait to go back!

Sheer Paradise

My Husband and I booked Banana Valley for 9 days at the end of September but were upgraded to Olive Grove Villa at no extra cost !!. The Villa is perfect, so private, lovely pool and hot tub and not overlooked by anyone. Eeva the owner pops in daily to check all is okay, the pool is cleaned every morning. We cannot wait to return. Why they chose this property

I bought the land and build the villas because this is the kind of holiday home where I would love to spend my vacations: private, large pool, great view, the buzz and restaurants of Marmaris are near. And the daily trip possibilities are fantastic: Ephesus, Pamukkale, Datcha, Knidos, Dalyan, Rhodes in Greece, boat trips and so on!
