Perfectly situated on a quiet residential estate this villa is perfect for a quiet holiday. Villa Pool heating (additional extra) it is perfect all year round!



The villa offers two bedrooms all with en suite facilities, two double bedrooms. The bathrooms are all modern and well appointed The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the dining area, the lounge is comfortable and well furnished and leads with patio doors to the garden and pool. The garden has a grass area for children to play and a large heated swimming pool. There is a BBQ and eating area for al fresco dining. The house is fully air conditioned and has electric shutters. The villa has been recently modernised and is furnished to the highest standard.



The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.

Villa is enormous with a huge pool to match. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The surroundings are peaceful, it's a residential area with the convenience of the local town and beach nearby. We couldn't fault it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we had a great time.

Villa was clean and well presented. Location was peaceful with the beach & boardwalk area approximately 20min walk from the Villa. Supermarkets within 10min drive. Felt secure. Had a visit from elite rentals after a query and information provided was very useful. The person who visited was friendly and knowledgeable. Would have been nice to have access to the roof terrace, although this wasn’t advertised in the description so cannot be too disappointed. Overall very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

This villa was really exceptional - very nice and private! Great room layout, lots of bathrooms, lots of great dining options, parasols, cozy sun loungers. Magnificent sea views, quiet residential area! Well-equipped kitchen. Very reliable accessibility - technical problems with the gate were solved immediately! You could easily walk into the city - but there were no pavements. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to use the roof terrace! Thanks for the great service and reliable communication! A great house!

We had a great week here. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could need and the entire place was spotless. The outside is what sold us on this villa. The pool is amazing and the loungers, dining area and BBQ were ideal for us. The villa was in a good location, close to beaches, supermarkets and the town but you will need a car. Instructions were clear and there was good information inside the villa on local beaches, restaurants etc (Etxea was our favourite!). Overall I would definitely recommend Katharine’s villa. Positives: Amazing pool and outside space Responsive host (messages were answered quickly) Private location Spacious and well-equipped villa with efficient air con Negatives: The key lock box was a little tricky to open You do need a car, nothing is really within walking distance

August 2023 Family Trip

The perfect villa for a family break. Extremely spacious and superbly equipped for a party of 6 adults. The listing does not do justice to everything on offer. Good location to explore the wider Algarve, with all desired amenities within driving distance. The local town is a comfortable 20 minute walk away, albeit uphill all the way on the return journey. Would highly recommend this property to any family group.

Family Favourite

Having stayed in a number of Portuguese villas, we found this one this to be our favourite. Spotlessly clean, great size, perfect location and beautiful pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short stroll into the centre of Carvoeiro with shops, restaurants and bars. If you want to see further then a car is helpful, as there are so many places to explore. There was a lovely welcome pack and even though we arrived late at night, the clear directions took us straight there. We hope to be back!

Winter Break

The property was very well located only a 15-20 minute walk from Carvoeiro. We would recommend this property as it was perfect for 6 people and we enjoyed the use of wonderful outside space. We would definitely book this property again. Only fault would be that batteries ran out on the remote to open gates and on remote for one of the air conditioners. I would suggest spare batteries should be made available.

Very spacious and nice house. Well-equipped and pleasant both inside and outside. Great pool, several outdoor zones. Very clean, lots of equipment. Air conditioners in more rooms. Good beds. Easy to dispose of garbage etc. The house was located in a residential area with a 20-30 min walk to the center of Carvoeiro, hilly terrain. Narrow sidewalks. A bit to the supermarket. We didn't have a car, but used Bolt for transportation. It worked well, but would probably consider renting a car if we come back (which we definitely consider).

The Perfect Villa

If you are looking for a beautiful, pristine and private villa then look no further! This house is made to perfection. The rooms are in a separate wing of the house to keep away from the living area. We requested for pool heating and it was spectacular for night swims. It was also an added bonus for our toddler to swim comfortably. Elite Rentals were extremely reliable with every inquiry we had. The kitchen was well equipped with ample supplies. The property grounds are gorgeous with trees and greenery. A short drive/walk to the cliffs, beach and Carvoiero centre. Look no further! This is the PERFECT getaway location!

Great Base to Visit the Algarve

We were a group of three couples travelling. The property as advertised. It was clean and spacious. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. We walked into town at least once a day to shop, take a tour, dine or just to have a walk. It took about 15 to 20 minutes at a comfortable pace. March was a great time to visit Carvoeiro. The weather improved with each week that went by. High temps began in the mid teens and were in the high 20's by the first of April when we left. We did not heat the pool but we did put the blanket on it at night. That kept the heat from the day in overnight. It was up to 24 C by the time we left. If we had to do it again, we might have paid for heat in the first week and then kept the cover on each night after that. Be prepared to pay for the majority of things with cash. Most small shops, restaurants and Mercados do not accept plastic although there is no problem at the larger places like the nearby Intermarché grocery store. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ. It was very clean and the company replaced the propane tank while we were there. We had to call the property managers a couple times and they were very prompt. There was nothing major - we just had problems finding and operating the washing machine (dial info in Portuguese) and we inadvertently locked the oven and could figure out how to unlock it, again language issue. They responded very quickly. The last thing is that I think we really lucked in to this location (Carvoeiro). There is lots to see and do in walking distance and also a great base for day trips. We covered lots of places toward Loule in the east, Sagres in the west and Silves to the north. They were all nice places but Carvoeiro was a great base and the house was perfect. Large house with rooftop terrace!

We enjoyed our stay at this property!. The house was larger than expected. It has 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bath. The beds were soft and comfortable. The living and dining rooms were open concept to the patio/pool area and created a spacious and relaxing entertaing area. The kitchen was large and had plently of utensils, pans etc for cooking. There was also an amazing rooftop terrace with wonderful sea views! We enjoyed having our morning coffee up there to watch the sunrise over the water. Also great for watching the sunsets! The house was behind its own gated driveway and felt secure. It was also within walking distance to great hiking trails and several restaurants. We would stay here again!

Carvoeiro Villa

We particularly liked the layout of the villa, with the dining room, the lounge and the two principal bedrooms each having patio doors leading onto the pool area. There are six comfortable sunbeds around the pool (and four more on the roof terrace) and two good sized sun umbrellas. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the villa enjoys distant sea views. There is a good restaurant a couple of hundred meters away. A brisk 20 min walk (downhill going and uphill coming back) takes one to the top of a strip of 20 or so other restaurants leading to the town square at the very pretty beach. There are a couple of minimarts on the strip and two large supermarkets are within a 15 min drive. There are plenty of taxis, but we are glad that we had rented a car. The villa was very clean on arrival (and the maid called in twice during our stay), as was the pool and surrounding area (the pool was cleaned twice a week). The villa underwent a major renovation in 2019 - we bumped into the owner who told us this - and it remains in an excellent decorative state. We did not go to Portugal to watch TV, but there were a couple of evenings when we would have liked to do so for an hour or so. Unfortunately, the TV system (fed by NET IPTV) is not watchable. It constantly freezes, or enters a 15 second loop, or reboots or gets out of sinc, etc. There is a second TV wall mounted in the master suite, but we do not know whether that works as the remote is missing and the rental company (Elite) were unable to source a replacement during our two-week stay. We recommend the coastal footpath which provides some spectacular views and access to more lovely beaches, especially if walked in the direction of Benagil. Elite were most helpful in printing out the various Covid-related certificates and documents that we needed for our journey home. Overall, a good holiday experience.

Lovely, relaxing stay

We had a really lovely time at this villa - was so nice to get away after such a crazy, difficult 6 months. The property manager responded to our queries promptly and was flexible with all the uncertainty re: travel at the minute. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to Carvoeiro where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed eating at the villa - got some lovely food for the BBQ from Apolonia supermarket which was just 5 mins drive away. The only things that could be improved would be to add a nice sitting area on the roof terrace as we felt this space wasn’t used to it’s full potential and also we paid for pool heating but it still felt really cold when you got in. In previous villas we have stayed in, the heating took the edge off this process! Based on this, I wouldn’t pay for pool heating again but would absolutely return to the villa.

As suites são excelentes e funcionais assim como as restantes divisões. Despõe de um excelente piscina e uma área social envolvente à mesma muito agradável quer para descanso quer para as refeições.
