Really spacious apartment of 170 m2 The living room has beautiful balconies and a sofa; the dining area, separated by a modern glazed areaThe three bedrooms are doubles Two of the three bathrooms are en suite, third one completely independent. You will have access to the terrace/solararium with incredible views to the Cathedral and Giralda. Just 50 meter to la Cathedral and all the main monuments and places to see! It is a gem!

One of the air conditioners (living room) was not working (100 deg. F that day). No king size bed on any of bedrooms as described. No clothe dryer as described in property description. We left property within hours of arrival. Owner indicated that he would refund our money, but nothing has been refunded so far. Contesting charges with credit card. Beware of VRBO.

Bed Bugs infestation!
I will never stay here again! There were bed bugs in one of our rooms which caused our relatives to have to go to the medical center and get checked out, spend money on medicine and doctor’s visit. The only answer I received from the host is that they were sorry. We asked the host to come in and change all the sheets and towels, it turns out they had to take one of the headboards with them because they were full of bed bugs!! We will never stay there again! Stay away from this place. Water coming down the ceiling and hair on the floor. Cleaning crew should be fired!

We are very upset with your comment. It is the first and only issue of this matter we have had at the apartment. As soon as you told us something might be happening we call an specialist and ask him to come immediately . As it was sunday we needed to wait until the next day, so on that sunday we sent you the cleaning team. Following the indications of the extermination company we removed all the textil (even the headboard). And clean deeply the apartment. The next day the extermination company came and they made a very deep examination and they didn't find a bug!!! I have the report and the invoice. They told me that 100% sure you brought them in your luggage or clothes.
We paid for a disinfection and examination of the apartment, we paid an extra cleaning,when it wasn't our fault! and now you asked your bank to chargeback the total amount of your stay!!! we should be asking you the disinfection invoice and the extra cleaning!
We are really sorry that you have that bad experience but we feel we did the right thing and our apartment was perfectly fine.
