About this property

Lovely Dockside Apartment! Located right in the Harbor!

You will never want to leave! Located on the harbor boardwalk this second story apartment has views that are out of this world! Literally there is only one space like this in town! The views are amazing and unobstructed! Watch boats pull in and out of the harbor from Resurrection Bay. Peek out the large living room windows to watch the animals (harbor seals, sea lions, sea otters, birds,) play outside in the water and snag fish from the fish cleaning station! Stare across the bay (watch for breaching whales) into the mountains where you can see glaciers and in the spring an occasional avalanche! Through the bedroom windows you can watch hikers climb the famous Mt. Marathon! Over 4th of July you can watch the race laying in bed! This one bedroom one bathroom apartment really is one in a million and we are eager to share it with you!

Apartment Includes: One Queen Sized Bed, Cable, Internet, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Amazing Views, and One Bathroom (Stall Shower).

Apartment is located in the hustle and bustle of the harbor. It is close to dining locations, gift shops, charter/tour boat offices, ice cream shop, and clothing stores. It is located one mile from downtown. A free Seward shuttle is available around town. The bus stop is located a few hundred feet from the door.

This apartment is NOT handicapped accessible. It is located on a second story with a flight of stairs. Free parking for this apartment is available, but is located across the street.

Fantastic location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location simply cannot be beat! Sarah's place was clean, comfortable, and right at the harbor. We loved watching the boats come and go, and watching the fishermen clean their catch each day. We will stay here again next time we're in Seward.

Amazing describes the views from this rental. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Seward. Everything is walking distance. The owner Sarah was most helpful and accommodating. Stellar sea lions fed right in front of our window. A mother even fed her young one. Loved watching the harbor and boardwalk activity. I highly recommend this rental if you stay in Seward.

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.
