If you love a sea view, this is the one for you! Situated just 50 metres from the beautiful sandy beach, and one of the coolest beach / surf bars in the area, this stunning apartment is furnished in a modern style with a high level of comfort and equipment. There is air conditioning throughout the property which is split over two floors, international TV channels, 100mb wireless internet and fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor with single beds and one bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and en suite.



There is a terrace with sun all day and loungers to relax on. There is also a lovely communal pool for your use.



This is a fabulous place to spend your holiday in a truly special location.



Please note the air conditioning is included, subject to a fair usage policy, which means that a sufficient allowance for standard use is included and anything above will be chargeable.

The accommodation was comfy/clean and on right on beach …The key holders Brenda and Joe were most attentive…Above all The MHR team were outstanding..nothing was to much trouble…The whole team are most professional at the same time really friendly too treating people as individuals by pandering to each ones individual needs…Their main interest was to make our stay as enjoyable/relaxing and as stress free as possible..this they did perfectly…So much so we will be booking with MHR again soon …Our sincere thanks to Marcus/Joanne and all the MHR team, Sandra and Brian x Just keep doing the same

Setting up home

We chose this property for its closeness to the area where we were moving into our own place. But it is only a three minute walk to one of the best parts of the beach where you will find the very best beach bar. Best location, well equipped, helpful property manager.

Brenda nos atendió muy bien. Nos permitieron llegar antes y salir después de la hora convenida. Un encanto, y está aprendiendo español muy rápido. La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica pues está enfrente de la playa. Tienes un bar-restaurante con una terraza muy agradable para cenar o cubatear a buen precio justo abajo. Prueba los mojitos de distintos sabores. Dejé pagadas dos rondas, a ver si llegas... El piso está muy bien. Especialmente la habitación de arriba que es espaciosa y tiene una terraza enorme. Fuimos dos adultos buenorros y juerguistas y cuatro preadolescentes adictos al teléfono móvil y cupimos bien y hubo espacio para batallas de monopoly. Así que si nosotros cupimos tú cabras. Por poner alguna pega, decir que la estancia en su primera planta es más reducida para comer y la terraza es para cenar 4 personas. Si ponen una mesa en la terraza de arriba solucionan el problema. Y una mampara en la ducha de arriba. Nada importante. La piscina que vimos era pequeña, no sé si habría más. Yo que soy nadador olímpico pude vivir con ello así que tú podrás. El sitio por localización es perfecto especialmente para ir con niños, disfrutar de la playa , de los bares a lo largo de la costa, y estaba muy limpio. No te olvides de pedir un asiático, que estás en la tierra. Y prueba el tomate murciano, que puedes comprar fácilmente en todos los mercadillos que verás come paparajotes, vete a alguna venta murciana... y para los urbanitas: no desesperéis, está lleno de supermercados. Y si has ido con tu churri y es tu primer viaje con ella, vete a cenar al Marea. No me des las gracias... yo he pasado por ahí antes! No os cuento más que vais todos y es mi zona de relax. Anda, a currar, que estás en el trabajo buscando piso. Si es que luego nos despiden y además nos quejamos... Jal.
