Our luxury new ground floor apartment with its own private garden located within the prestigious 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort. The apartment is finished with landscaped grounds which contain a large swimming pool exclusive for the owners and guest of these 12 apartments.
The modern apartment has an open plan kitchen, living/dining area. The kitchen consists of Fridge/Freezer, Oven/Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, coffee machine din-ing table and chairs. The living area has large comfortable sofa for relaxing while watching TV (IPTV system with a wide range of channels). This sofa is also a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have modern en-suite shower rooms and both bedrooms have two single beds which can be configured to a super king size bed upon advance notice. Each bedroom has built-in slide robes containing drawer units within and also bedside lockers. The Living area can be used to sleep a further 2 people as the sofa bed can be configured as a double bed. A separate outdoor utility contains a washing machine/dryer, freestanding drying rails complete with additional sink unit. Also, iron, ironing board, hair drier and Free Wifi is available within the apartment.
The whole apartment has integrated ‘hotel style’ hot and cool air-conditioning system. All rooms consist of large floor to ceiling sliding glazed patio doors allowing an abundance of natural light with all opening onto the large patio and garden area with superb views of the swimming pool and golf course beyond. On the patio area there is a dining table, chairs and sun-loungers with an overhanging parasol to shade from the sun if desired or to chill and relax in the sun.
The resort offers superb amenities in an ideal location, to include 5* Ona Hotel and Spa, 18 Hole Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course, Paddle/Tennis Courts, Mini Golf, Gym, café/bar beside the apartment, kids play park and a well-stocked Spar shop on site, all less than 1 minute walk. Just outside the resort is El Boulevard where you will find a vast choice of bars and restaurants within a 3-minute walk.
For the Golfers there are more than 10 superb golf courses within 40-minute drive by car. The area is well known for cycling with bike rental and cycling tours also available from within the complex. There are a number of tours available locally including wine tasting etc. The apartment is a short drive to the beaches of Mar Menor with Mediterranean beaches are a short distance drive along the coast. There are also two water parks located within 40-minute drive to entertain the kids and adults too or why not try go-karting or water sports at nearby Los Alcazares. In the vicinity are the lovely cities of Cartagena and Murcia well worth a visit. For those who like a little retail therapy Dos Mares shopping mall is 20-minute drive from the resort and another 10 mins up the AP7 you have La Zenia Boulevard which has a large variety of shops, cafes, bars restaurants and kids play area.
