We invite you to call our elegant 1200 Sq Ft 2BR 2BA condominium home during your visit to Prescott. Walk the Granite Creek Trail to the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, local restaurants, and shopping.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property and have the over 100 reviews to support this. We are confident that we can assure a safe and healthy experience for you and your family.

We strive to create an experience that we would like to have when renting a vacation home. Our kitchen is furnished with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, glassware & entertaining accessories that make you feel at home. Things like extra linens for bed and bath, personal toiletry items, laundry and cleaning supplies ensure that you won't be wasting time shopping for things you might have need. And just in case you don't make it to the grocery store upon arrival, we make sure there is coffee and tea for your first morning.

Property Features:
A recent remodel includes new flooring throughout and a new master bath. Our well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, natural slate tile floor and everything from cookbooks to small appliances like blenders, mixers and food processer. Bathrooms have tub & shower combos. Luxury furnishings include reclining sofa, leather club chairs, featherbed topped mattresses, top shelf linens for bed and bath, High Speed WIFI, full sized washer & dryer and two walk-in closets give you everything you need for a great stay.

Words cannot express what a wonderful experience we enjoyed at this beautiful home! Not only was it super clean, but there were so many charming touches offering such a comforting feel. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with all manner of gadgets. This enabled us to fortify ourselves “at home” before venturing out to explore Whiskey Row - a very short walk! This was a marvelous home base for our Prescott adventures. Our hosts were extremely responsive, attentive, and unimaginably accommodating. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

Cozy Condo

This condo was perfect for our short stay. It is within walking distance to downtown shopping, food, and coffee. We had our dog with us and having close access to the Granite Creek Trail was perfect. Very clean and kept up. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Condo is beautiful and clean, we had a great time hiking and enjoying the live music scene and food in Prescott. I did not know they had the Whiskey Off Road bike race that weekend so that was a nice suprise!!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Michael and Susan’s lovely condo. We were so pleased to book for my son’s graduation. This is a very nice property located a few blocks from downtown Prescott so it was very convenient for eating and shopping. Prescott offers many things to do. The owners we incredibly organized and left nothing to chance. They thought of it all. We would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I moved to Prescott in 2016. We fell in love with the area many years ago and put it on our list of potential "places to land". After putting 30,000+ miles in our 2006 Honda travelling around the country it came down to Austin TX & Prescott. We chose Prescott and haven't regretted a minute of it!

This condo is located in a neighborhood that allows guests to walk to The Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. The area features antique stores & an award winning restaurants like "The Lazy G Brewery" & Bill's Grill. The Granite Creek Trail is at the entrance to the property so you can walk along the creek. The area has a local feel that is "Very Prescott".
