Oak view cottage is positioned on its own and was built in 2020 to a very high standard, with fabulous views overlooking the green countryside. This wonderful detached holiday home offers a break with peace and tranquillity. Whether you are looking for a quiet break away with relaxing evenings spent in the hot tub, or looking to explore the area then this property offers the perfect holiday retreat.
The property features a spacious open plan living space, with Bi-folding doors overlooking the countryside, a dining area for family meals together, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island and stable door leading to the patio area and fabulous private hot tub. The lovely bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the comfortable master bedroom has a kingsize bed, a superb copper free standing bath and even has remote controlled blinds too!
There are a host of fascinating, historic market towns just waiting to be explored within the borderlands of Wales and England, with Newtown sitting on the banks of the River Severn being the closest at just 2 miles away. Newtown offers a good selection of pubs, restaurants, excellent shopping and is famed for its arts and music galleries, museums and a theatre. The National Trust Powys Castle, soaring dramatically above its glorious gardens, is within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Beautiful

We love a secluded, cosy get away and this was just perfect. Just a few minutes drive away from supermarkets etc but completely private, lots of greenery surround the property. The property was beautiful and really well maintained. We had the best weekend. Would definitely recommend!

JUST GORGEOUS

My self and my partner stayed at oak view for 3 nights and it was just perfect. Super clean, amazing views and complete privacy. Newtown village is so nearby, 5-10min car journey. Little shops markets and places to eat The house was gorgeous, perfect for a chilled out relaxing, romantic get away highly recommend and will definitely be back!
