Villa Aumadravet del bosch is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool and air condition located in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca, very close for you to enjoy the amazing beach/restaurants/bars/shops in this beautiful location.

Downstairs is open plan with living/dining/kitchen area with doors to the outside pool terrace. The living area has comfortable seating with air condition, Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV, and DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite work-tops oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine.
There are 3 bedrooms which consist of 1 double and 2 twins with single beds. There are two family bathrooms with showers and WC. Cot & highchair can be provided free of charge.

Beautiful outside terrace overlooking the pool, where you have loungers and BBQ to enjoy. There is a beautiful Pergola for you to sit under if you require some shade from the Mallorcan sun.

Maid service and towels are supplied during your stay.

Swimming Pool has access to it through roman steps.

sehr schönes sauberes Haus mit Tücken

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Leider hat die Agentur einige Tücken verschwiegen. Es gibt keine Geschirrspülmaschine aus gutem Grund. Wenn man dort kocht oder einen Krümel liegen lässt, befinden sich in Windeseile Unmengen an Ameisen und Ungeziefer im Haus, dass sich nur sehr schwer kontrollieren läßt. Der Weg zum Haus ist unglaublich eng, sodass ein Hinweis auf ein kleines Auto sehr hilfreich gewesen wäre. Der Pool ist am Tag, wenn die Sonne scheint, voller Bienen. Die Agentur tat so, als wenn das neu wäre. Aber die Bienen wohnen dort und trinken täglich das Wasser aus dem Pool, weil sie sonst verdursten würden. Das ist schon immer so. Somit konnten unsere Kinder den Pool fast gar nicht nutzen. Dafür ist das Haus einfach zu teuer. Sachen zu verschweigen bringt nur Ärger und Unzufriedenheit, Ehrlichkeit wäre besser gewesen.
