IDEAL FOR FAMILIES, FRIENDS, CYCLISTS ....
Salyanda is a semi-detached house recently renovated with high quality materials. It is located in a quiet and beautiful environment close to the beach of Morey Vermell with fine sand and crystal clear waters, ideal for families with young children.
 The area is only visited by the neighbors of the area and some tourists.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people, as it has three double bedrooms on the first floor. It offers an extra bed. The master bedroom has a TV.
It also has an elegant formal lounge / dining room, a kitchen of 30 square meters equipped with all kinds of appliances and an area to watch TV with internet access, a dining area and a reading corner overlooking the garden.
In the patio / garden there is also a lounge with TV, DVD player and stereo, as well as multiple DVDs, books and board games.
From the many terraces that the house has, you can enjoy wonderful views, the sea, the mountain and the town of Alcudia, which is only a kilometer away.
The house has two bathrooms with shower and bath, a toilet, and an area with washing machine and dryer.
It has a patio / garden with lawn and trees, equipped with barbecue, sofas, table and hammocks to enjoy the good temperatures offered by our island.
On the roof terrace there is a chill out where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views while sunbathing and enjoying a glass of wine.
The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
It has two parking spaces on the front of the house.

Beautiful house with two lovely owners

This was a fantastic stay in a beautiful and clean house. The owners are so nice and always helpfull. We had the best stay in Mallorca since a couple of years. Thanks Carmen for making our stay so special. Hope to see you again.

La maison est située dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre historique (15 mn à pied). Très belles prestations , rien ne manque et Carmen est très disponible avec une gentillesse à saluer. Bref, une très bonne adresse sur Alcudia.

Ich würde dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Ich konnte nachts schlafen, es war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte eine tolle Lage! Ich habe in noch keinem so tollen Haus gewohnt (außer zu Hause) in dem ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe und dass ich ein zweites Mal buchen würde.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, fußläufig in die Altstadt und zu einem kleinen Strand. Das Auto kann in der Einfahrt geparkt werden. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Kontakt mit Carmen verlief sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Lage in Alcudia ist perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig. In 500m ist ein kleiner Strand. Mit dem Auto ist schnell in den Bergen zum Wandern, kann Städte besichtigen oder in wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden fahren. Die Vermieterin Carmen hat alles gut organisiert. Die Informationen kamen rechtzeitig und die Übergabe der Wohnung, sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch bei der Abreise konnten problemlos erfolgen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Auch Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Kaffe und Tee waren vorhanden. Einzig die Mücken störten den Aufenthalt, aber auch dafür hat die Gastgeberin vorgesorgt.

Tolles Ferienhaus und schöner Umgebung

Ein Ferienhaus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und einer tollen Lage. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Wunderbar ist auch die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Die Altstadt von Alcudia ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Eine kleine Bucht zum Baden befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe und die schönen Strände von Alcudia und Playa de Muro sind auch schnell zu erreichen.

Чудесный и очень уютный дом.

Очень хороший дом, для отдыха с семьей. Очень просторная кухня с гостинной. замечательный двор с барбекью. Доброжелательные соседи =) До пляжа 5 минут, идеально подходит для детей.Для любителей активного отдыха, рядом горы и множество троп. Дом находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города Алкудии. Хозяева дома очень понимающие люди, огромное спасибо им за их дом и теплую встречу =) Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз =)) Рекомендую. вы не пожалеете =)
