In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients.IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS IS DECREEING THE CLOSURE OF THE PORTS OR AIRPORTS OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, we ARE OFERING YOU TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:
1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients and IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIRPORTS AND / OR PORTS OF YOUR COUNTRY ARE CLOSED, FORBIDING YOU FROM ARRIVING AT THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE OFFER YOU A EXCHANGEABLE VOUCHER to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.



Can Gosp is a traditional Majorcan finca with breathtaking views of the mountains in one of the best areas of Alcudia, accommodating up to 5 people. It has beautiful gardens and private salt pool. Next to the pool we find an area with BBQ and a large table, perfect for families. Beautiful holiday home in Mallorca with pool The romantic private cottage completely private. Here you can feel the absolute tranquility. On the beach of Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa about 5 km away, you will find miles of white sandy beaches as well as supermarkets, activities for children, restaurants and other shops.

Distribution
The villa offers 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining room and a living room with TV. The house is equipped with WIFI internet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second has 2 single beds and a new and very comfortable sofa bed.
Outside we find a wonderful 10x5 meter pool surrounded by a railing, perfect for the safety of children. Next to the pool is the porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue.
The pool is surrounded by a solarium and has sunbeds for sunbathing and a swing to relax.
Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3 When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
