It is recently renovated with the best materials and fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed with sea views and the other with two single beds), a bathroom and toilet and an open kitchen with a living-dining room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea. sea. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children and with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Nearby is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.Extra bed on request for the fifth person (see price)The tourist tax (2.20 € / night / adult) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival.The apartment in Alcúdia has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people.The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished, and is 57 m².
