A beautiful beach and incredible sea views are waiting for you at Cittadinin 37!



This cozy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large community pool with sun loungers and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.



Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to bath towels.



The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the boardwalk, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.). In addition, the beach and port of Alcudia are regularly the scene of well-known sporting events such as the Ironman or different culinary and cultural events. The old town of Alcudia is within walking distance and numerous bus connections offer more possibilities for excursions even without a car. A great starting point for everything you might want on vacation.

Cozy and pleasant stay

We were looking for cozy apartments with a seaside location and a nice view, which is why we chose this place. We arrived late in the evening and were a bit surprised to find the sofa and armchair covered with blankets, making the living room feel cramped and messy. Additionally, there was an old window in the bathroom that was difficult to close. My expectations of the interior were high based on the provided pictures, so my initial impression was somewhat disappointing. However, waking up in the morning to the beautiful beach view from the window made us feel much more comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, and we appreciated the care and hospitality of the hosts. They had thoughtfully provided beach gear, bottled water, and other amenities, making the place truly cozy and pleasant to stay in.

Wonderful

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equiped small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Extremely comfortable beds with nice clean pillows and quilts. Perfect location right on a fantastic beach with plenty of nice shops and some fantastic restaurants. No noisy clubs or loud music nearby so it was nice and peaceful to sit and enjoy a drink on the balcony on an evening. Parking is a little tricky if you have a large car as its very tight to get out of the gates. We struggled initially to actually find the apartments as they are not wery well signed and even though the google reference took us quite close, the signs on the walls were not the names of the apartments that we were in. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful small apartment. Nice and clean with excellent kitchen facilities, a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bedrooms. Stunning views and in an excellent location close to many fantastic restaurants. No noisy nightclubs or pubs so it's nice and relaxing on an evening. A little tricky to find as the signs on the gates say "carabella" but we were looking for "cittidini" but once we found it we were very happy with the apartment and location. Excellent communication from IPM leading up to our visit. Well worth a visit and we had a wonderful holiday. I would not hesitate to book this apartment or to use IPM again. Thank you. Signage outside on the roadside could be better or inform clients to look for carabella. bathroom had drainage smell if window wasn't left open.

Toller Aufenthalt in Alcudia

Die Wohnung war sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden sogar eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, dazu die wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Strand, ruhig in der Nacht und doch nur ein paar Schritte zu den Restaurants und Läden sowie ein wenige Minuten zum Hafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen und hatten Mühe zum einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wäre super wenn Parkfelder eingezeichnet wären.

Wat een mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie!

Met het gezin (kids van 7, 5 en 1) verbleven wij hier een week. De omschrijving van de aankomst was goed te volgen. En dan als je het appartement binnen stapte en dan het uitzicht zag… heerlijk! Er was zelfs een opgemaakt babybedje klaargezet, echt een superservice. Ideal Property Mallorca heeft het goed voor elkaar. We hebben niets hoeven vragen omdat alles duidelijk was en niets geks was gebeurd. We hebben echt een heerlijk weekje gehad en we raden echt, iedereen die naar Mallorca wilt gaan, dit appartement aan in Port d’Alcudia.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit toller Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade.Es ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen ( Restaurants, Supermärkte, Hafen )Die Anlage selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wer Wert auf einen netten Poolbereich legt der sollte überlegen. Aber ansonsten eine rundum gute Anlage mit tollem Ausblick.Mit vier Personen wird es schon relativ eng da die Verstaumöglichkeiten teilweise mit div. anderen Sachen ( Staubsauger zusätzl.Bettzeug etc.schon belegt sind. Beim einkaufen sollte man darauf achten das man nicht unbedingt in die sehr zentral gelegenen Superspar Märkte geht , unverschämt teuer, am besten in den Lidl ( Preise wie bei uns ) oder in den Superdino etwas die Strasse Richtung Hafen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage, Meerblick inklusive. Für unser Kleinkind war alles vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Fernseher ging nicht, was während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben werden konnte. Aber dank des schnellen Wlans kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank.
