Large fenced garden (37,000 sq. m.) on various levels. The lower area has a grove, perfect for walks. The higher section includes various furnished areas with tables and chairs for outdoor meals, a solarium by the pool complete with sunbeds, beach chairs and umbrellas, ping pong table, and games for children. Every level of the garden has an entrance to a separate floor of the villa. Parking within the property.Interior
The villa has four floors, with a staircase and lift. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor, where there is a hall, a bright living room with a fireplace, a second living room with a passage for food from the kitchen, a small reading room, and one small bathroom.
The staircase (or lift) leads down to a lower floor, with a dining room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with outdoor access, a larder, one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with outdoor access, one bedroom with 2 beds and a high window, one bathroom with shower.
Another flight of stairs leads down to the covered swimming pool with jacuzzi area (14 metres by 7 with a depth of 1.5-1.9 m) that can be heated during the winter, sauna for 5 persons with shower, gym, massage room. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows lead to the solarium and garden. Here there is also a garage.
The raised ground floor also has a staircase (and lift) leading to the first floor, with a bright living room, one double bedroom with panoramic windows, wardrobe and bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with balcony, one bathroom with shower and bathtub, one single room perfect for kids.
The second floor, accessible via stairs and lift, has a suite with large double bed and bathroom with shower, a small living room, air conditioning, satellite TV and access to a terrace, another large bedroom with 2 double beds.

Location
The villa is on a hill in a residential area on the outskirts of a town. There is a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the town, with the Alps in the background. It’s the perfect location for a family or group of friends to enjoy their holidays in complete tranquility. The covered swimming pool makes it enjoyable in any weather.

Facilities
The villa has Wifi, satellite TV, central heating, a barbecue, ping-pong, a safe, lift, parking and garage.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), internet, electricity, water, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are cookery courses, dinners, hired help and babysitter. The pool’s heating system is upon request (to be requested at least 1 week before arrival) and to be paid for on the spot (400 euros as preheating fee plus 1,5 € per m3 for maintaining the temperature). Use and maintenance of the swimming pool €60 per day to be paid on site.

Important information
A keeper every day discreetly takes care of the outdoor areas/swimming pool maintaining your total privacy.
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer up to 4 days after checking out. Charging for electric cars is available on request and costs EUR 30/day.Activities and distances
