My property is located in the town square Martignacco, which is a few km away. From the city of Udine, 3 km. From a shopping center that is the largest in Friuli, in reality it is in a privileged position as it is located halfway between the sea and eg. GRADO, LIGNANO, TRIESTE, 60 KM from the beautiful mountains of Friuli. A few km. From S. Daniele, home of the ham, a visit to Cividale del Friuli, where the Lombard Cathedral is located, is also interesting. My house is actually a building that is divided into two large houses, altogether there are 6 very spacious rooms and 4 bathrooms; each house can accommodate up to seven guests, they are equipped with cots for children, ideal for those seeking relaxation in the countryside. Equipped with two large terraces overlooking an extensive garden, everything is adjacent to the town square, which during the summer comes alive with night markets and kiosks and pleasant music. This property having 2 large houses can accommodate up to 14 people, the cost per night is meant for maximum occupancy, a couple will pay € 70 per night, while 14 people € 290, are houses suitable for families, companies of friends , events for ceremonies.

È stato complicato,un po' causa la lingua, ad ogni modo ho avuto difficoltà per poter fare le pulizie causa orari, usavano la cucina ogni giorno e fin qui va tutto bene , ciò che non va bene è lasciare la cucina sporca dopo l'uso, per me è stato imbarazzante dover pulire dopo che avevano mangiato , solitamente i miei ospiti lasciano la cucina come la trovano , questi signori nonostante io offrissi gratis anche il breakfast , avevano a disposizione pure una saletta adiacente solo per cenare o pranzare

Nous avons séjourner une semaine dans cette propriété, les gérants sont d'une extrême gentillesse et au petit soin avec nous, le lieu est d'une propreté irréprochable avec le ménage fait tout les jours, le petit déjeuner servis chaque matin est complet et variés. La maison est située en pleins centre avec toute les disponibilité au alentours. Nous avons vraiment passé des vacances de rêves, nous gardons cette adresse pour de prochaine vacances en Italie !
