Een geweldig verblijf!

Het huisje was ideaal, mooi gelegen tussen de natuur. Met zicht op geitenweide. We hebben zelfs bij de buur lekkere geitenkaas kunnen kopen. En toch heel dichtbij Alghero. Ricardo liet ons zeer welkom voelen. Omdat mijn man jarig was had hij gezorgd voor een lekkere attentie. Daarnaast gaf hij ons voldoende informatie over restaurants, strandplekken en was hij heel behulpzaam.

Difficile de trouver mieux

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette belle maison avec une grande terrasse donnant sur un beau panorama campagnard. La maison est confortable et est équipée de tout le nécessaire. A une courte distance d’Alghero il est possible de découvrir tous les sites remarquables de la région. Riccardo nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a fourni beaucoup d’informations pendant notre séjour. Nous y reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.

Sehr schönes Objekt!

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Familie, das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön gelegen, ganz toller Empfang durch die Vermieter. Wie üblich in ländlichen Gegenden Italiens, hört man nachts und morgens öfter Hunde in der Umgebung bellen und jaulen, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir vergeben 5 von 5 Sternen für dieses tolle Objekt, da wir uns nicht nur wie zu Hause, sondern sogar besser fühlten.

Fine house for relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings, however close to Alghero , shops and beaches. Riccardo has been very flexible, informative and hospitable to us!

A relaxing villa in a great location.

A detached villa in the grounds of the owners but is independent from the main house. Ricardo and Alexsander were very helpful. We had a perfect time relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside location, yet within 5 mins drive you can be on the outskirts of Alghero.

Nice quiet place

We have had a wonderful time at Riccardo’s place. The house was very clean and provided all we needed. Plenty cups, glasses etc. Comfortable couches. Nice terrace. Although near Alghero (12 minutes drive), which is a crowded area, the place is very quiet and peaceful. You only hear the sounds of nature. Riccardo was very helpful and took the time to inform us about nice restaurants in the area etc. We had a great time. For us a point of improvement would be the matrass of the bed, which we did not find very comfortable. But over all we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Riccardo.

Wunderbare Ruhe / nette und aufmerksame Vermieter

Wir waren vom 1. bis zum 10. Mai in diesem Ferienhaus und waren auch sofort von der großen Terrasse mit freiem Blick in die Natur begeistert. Riccardo hat uns super freundlich empfangen und uns ganz viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge / Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Hierzu hatte er einen Stadtplan entsprechend vorbereitet, den wir die ganze Zeit immer wieder genutzt haben. Darüber hinaus hat er sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob etwas fehlt und ob alles ok ist. Den Kontakt fanden wir sehr nett und aufmerksam. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, da es abends ganz schön kalt war…. Riccardo hat uns dann mit einer Radiator-Heizung und extra Bettdecken versorgt😊 Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Alghero auf einem sehr großen vollständig eingezäunten Grundstück mit einer langen privaten Zufahrt. Herrliche Ruhe. Abends hörte man nur die Geräusche aus dem nahegelegenen Waldstück. Bis zum Hafen dauert es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten und auch die diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nochmal Danke an Riccardo und Alessandra!!!!!!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft

Selten sind wir so freundlich empfangen worden. Riccardo hat dazu einen Stadtplan vorbereitet, in dem er die wichtigsten Adressen für Einkauf bzw. Restaurants oder auch Radverleih markiert hat. Am Anfang war das Haus noch relativ kühl, wir haben aber rasch zusätzliche Decken und auch Heizkörper bekommen. Eine der beiden Katzen war besonders zutraulich, sie ist aber nie ins Haus gegangen.

A quiet and great place!

The house was well equipped, clean and nice. The place was very quiet. There were many possibilities to sit outside, the terrace was very, very nice and comfort all over. One minor thing: Alghero is a bit too far to walk so you need a car. But we had a solution: drive to Alghero and park right at the beginning. Than take a walk into the beautiful centre, we loved it!!

Traumhaft schön!

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man viel Platz und kann herrlich entspannen. Unsere beiden Kinder (2 und 5 Jahre alt) waren auch begeistert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Alghero und Umgebung ist ein schönes Urlaubsziel. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter. Danke, Riccardo und Alessandra!

Le calme de la campagne a 10minutes de la ville

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Myrtus a 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants et 1 bébé). Le sejour a été excellent, la villa est très bien située, a 10 minutes du centre d Alghero, tout en étant en pleine campagne, au calme. Riccardo nous a accueilli avec le plus grand soin et nous a conseillé sur nos différentes visites/sorties plages, c était un vrai plaisir de discuter avec lui. Une location ideale pour les familles souhaitant de l espace (jardin, piscine) et du calme.

Ein wunderschöner Platz zum Entspannen!

Es ist ein kleines Haus im Hinterland von Alghero. Idyllisch, ruhig, friedlich in der Abendsonne. Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Häuschen ist einfach, mit allem Wesentlichen. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt, super für Hunde und Kinder. Die Vermieter wohnen, einen kleinen Hügel hoch, auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Jeder ist für sich und man stört sich nicht. Ganz im Gegenteil hatten wir einen sehr freundschaftlichen Kontakt mit den Vermietern und schöne gemeinsame Stunden. Zu Fuß kann man herrlich weiter ins Valverde Tal zu einem klosterähnlichen Pilgerort für die heilige Madonna von Valverde laufen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Alessandra und Riccardo, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit !

Really Nice Holiday

Hello, if you read this feedback is that you are on the right page to search for your holiday location. We had a very good time there in the calm, not overlooked, with our family of 4 people two parent and two children. During our two week stay we visited a good part of Sardinia. And I can tell you that Alghero is by far the best spot in Sardinia you will not be disappointed. The hosts are very helpful and adorable, we were very well received and we had all the necessary information for our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. Have a nice Holidays

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ricardo qui a été très arrangeant avec nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Il a pris plaisir a nous conseiller sur les environs. La villa est confortable, propre et très calme. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. La villa est proche d'Alghero, qui est une ville particulièrement agréable. Le port, les remparts et la vieille ville sont superbes.

We spenat 3 weeks in this house with our daughter and it was all thru a great pleasure. Most importantly the welcoming of the host Ricardo was outstanding , as we arrived very late one evening he met us up at 23.50h bringing some light dinner and explained the routines . Then always available whatever questions we had and helped to solve anything from car seat issues to advice where to buy the best local grocery. The house itself is simple and functional with the pool in the yard we had everything we needed for play and fun. The barbecue and outdoor kitchen was also very pleasant. Overall a super stay and highly recommended!!

Thank you for the great time in Alghero

Wir (eine Familie mit großem Hund) haben zwei perfekte Wochen in Alghero verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von Alghero. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell im Stadtinneren oder am Strand - wobei wir den Strand von Porto Ferro vorgezogen haben. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet; das Grundstück groß, sodass unser Hund viel Auslauf hatte während wir auf der Terrasse die Zeit genießen konnten. Der Vermieter, der ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück wohnt, war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Riccardo und Antonietta für eure Gastfreundlichkeit. Grazie mille!

Una splendida vacanza in terra sarda

Abbiamo alloggiato in una delle bellissime case di questa proprietà per due settimane in agosto: è stata un'esperienza che ripeterei molto volentieri e che consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a chi non conoscesse la zona di Alghero. I nostri padroni di casa, in particolare Riccardo, si sono sempre prodigati per farci sentire a nostro agio e nei momenti di necessità si sono rivelati disponibilissimi ed estremamente gentili (abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra auto, prontamente ed efficacemente risolto da Riccardo)!! La casa è molto bella ed immersa nel verde, silenziosa ed accogliente, completa di tutto quanto serva e molto comoda; la piscina molto comoda e perfetta per i nostri due figli che, tornati dalla spiaggia, si tuffavano volentieri. Inoltre ci è piaciuto molto avere la compagnia di due pecorelle e di alcune galline nel pollaio che ci fornivano giornalmente le uova fresche!! Ci torneremo certamente e conserveremo uno splendido ricordo di questa vacanza. Lucia

Super séjour à Alghero : confort et calme

Nous (2 familles chacune avec 2 enfants) avons passé 3 semaines dans la villa Albatros. La description de la maison est conforme et Ricardo est un hôte formidable. La maison est située au coeur des montagnes, aucun vis à vis et les 2 autres maisons sont suffisamment loin pour ne pas être dérangée. La maison est confortable et le jardin est grand et clôturé, nos enfants en ont énormément profité ainsi que de la piscine. A notre arrivée, la maison avait été agencée pour que nous puissions loger à 8 dont 2 petits dans un confort optimum. Au long du séjour, Ricardo a été très disponible et très serviable, nous a par exemple trouvé dès le lendemain une poussette de remplacement quand nous avons cassé la notre ... Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Warm welcome, relaxing Villa@

Greeted warmly by Riccardo on arrival who provided lots of local knowledge. We'd stupidly forgotten to bring a pushchair for our Toddler, which was swiftly sourced for us free of charge. Nothing was too much for the family. Had daily supplies of fruit and veg grown on the estate provided by Giovanni. The Villa itself is secluded but entirely safe. 5 minutes to the local supermarket and Alghero centre. It was fully equipt in terms of kitchen needs, TV, iron,washing machine. If I was nit picking I would suggest Wi-Fi as an improvement. A very nice, comfy villa for our needs. My toddler loved the animals at the end of the garden which she grew fond off. Would highly recommend.
