Charming condo. Sleeps 4-Pool. Walk to beach! 2nd Floor.

My family believes in treating others how we would want to be treated, in this case on vacation or for a short (or long) get away.

Beautiful condo located at 15010 Leeward Isles, right across the street from the public beach (walking distance). This one bedroom condo has owners who pride themselves on making anyone's visit enjoyable. Ask about the police, fire, EMS, nurse, teacher and military discount!

Recently replaced floors. Wifi included. Bedroom sleeps two and sofa sleeper sleeps two comfortably. Condo has a washer and dryer. The public beach is right across the street on the island in Corpus Christi. After a long day at the beach, wind down by the beautiful shared pool. Second floor.

We want everyone to enjoy their vacation or weekend getaway as much as me and my family would if we rented a condo. We have decorated and prepared this condo as if it was for my own family. My family and I believe in treating people right. After you stay here, please let me know if there are things missing that would have made your stay more enjoyable, so that we can make the condo better for the next family.

Perfect spot

This is a great spot for quick trips to the beach. It's close to gas stations and restaurants. The place is very clean and the area is quiet at night. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and value

Properties listing was very accurate. Perfect place to go for a beach trip. Super close to beach access. Property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful. Only complaint is that we didnt find the back of the couch in the closet to fold it out into a bed until we were packing up to leave.

Condo was as advertised. For 2 people it was plenty of room. Condo was within walking distance of the beach or short drive to several beaches. It was very good for the money. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

This condo is very nicely maintained and super clean. The seascape decor isbright and cheery and the condo is very roomy considering it is a one bedroom. We were very happy that it was located so close to the beach. Condo owner, John Correu, was extremely accommodating. We would happily stay there any time!

It was a great little place for a weekend getaway. Very cool air conditioner, well stocked with necessities such as dishes, cookware, utensils, etc, comfy bed, and good location. Beach access was right down the road, close to gas station and restaurants, and easy to find. Owner was pleasant to deal with and made sure everything went smoothly. He checked with us a few times to ensure wifi was working anf that we were enjoying our stay. It was very affordable and a nice place. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This was our 2nd time at the Leeward Isle property. We enjoyed unit 608 much better. It has the comforts of home, very cozy, TVs worked properly, AC is nice and cold, shower pressure was excellent, quiet environment and nice view. The bed was a bit firm which I do not prefer however, my husband was satisfied. Looking forward to another getaway.

Convenient location

The one bedroom apartment worked great as an alternative to hotels for our wedding in Corpus. It is within walking distance to the beach, which has a public parking area and restrooms. The apartment was well stocked with everything one would need for a night or month. The location is close to several restaurants and grocery store. Easy to access the highway to Port Aransas or Corpus. It is on the second level, so must be able to walk up a flight of stairs.
