Modern 3 bedroom detached villa within the heart of Puerto Del Carmen that has been fully furnished to a high standard.
The property boasts a high level of privacy and includes a private heated swimming pool, sun loungers/dining table/chairs to pool area and an upstairs living area with a sun trap balcony (with sea view) and home bar. The whole garden area is south facing and in the sun all day. There is also a sofa bed which can be used to provide additional sleeping for 2 extra people (maximum 8 guests). This would be for families only. There is a separate downstairs WC. A perfect location for families/couples to relax by the pool and be within minutes of the beach and all resort amenities. An excellent starting point to explore the island.

We spent 10 nights at this beautiful villa and we loved every second of it. Theres really nothing bad i can say about it. Everything was perfect, right down to the location. If you are wondering whether to book then I would say go for it, you wont be disappointed.

Second time in Lanzarote!

We had a fab time whilst we were in Puerto Del Carmen. The villa was probably one of the bests we've visited whilst travelling. The pool features were really great and the location was also perfect!

Family celebration

The villa was amazing. Photos don’t do it justice. Our family had fabulous holiday. Location is perfect. Grandchildren loved the pool with its water feature and were never out of it. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and much more than we expected. We will definitely be back to this five star accommodation.

Great communication, fantastic improvements the new owners have made. Lovely big pool with water feature. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great location, lovely and peaceful but close enough to all amenities. Everything you could possibly need is in the villa.

Wonderful week away and this magnificent villa.

One of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. Ultra modern, immaculately clean, comfortable and great location. Tried to re book this for next year whilst away but sadly booked up so far advance due to the quality. Owner great and replied in a speedy manner. Would definitely stay again if our dates become available. Thankyou team, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Gorgeous villa

Just back from our 3rd time staying in the villa the other two times where when it was under the previous owner . Apart from the pool being made bigger which is a great change the villa is still the same as how we remembered it and still at a high standard . Its in such a great location for everything , bars , restaurants , supermarkets you cant go wrong . I am sure we will be booking again soon

Great Villa

Excellently presented villa in a quite road 6 mins walk from the main strip. The villa was immaculately presented with plenty of room and extremely well equipped. The pool was heated perfectly and a good size. This is a perfect villa for a family who want to be close but not too close to all Puerto Del Carmen has to offer. Communication with the owners was first rate and the local manager deserves a mention for their efficiency too.

Fantastic

Fantastic villa ! modern, bright & with everything you will ever need. Beautiful pool with wonderful waterfall feature. We have stayed in a few, but this one is by far the best ! Richard the owner is extremely helpful & accommodating as were his team of Hilary & pool man Lennox. Have already booked again twice for next year. Can't wait !!

Great Holiday May 2023

We really enjoyed our holiday in Lanzarote and staying in this beautiful villa. Housekeeper and pool attendant were very helpful and personable The heated pool was exceptional and we spent many hours having fun in it Excellent location and a 5 minute walk down hill to sea front/ strip. We couldn’t of asked for anything more and intend to return. Communication with owner was first class. Thank-you for letting us stay!

Fabulous Villa

We had an amazing holiday and villa was perfect. Would defo return. Only small thing I would change is the towel situation…would have been nice to have more than one bath towel and hand towel per person. Just a small thing but previous villas I’ve stayed in haven’t locked the laundry cupboard.

Family Holiday

The property was just as described, it was clean and well maintained. The outdoor space was a great size and the pool was amazing. The additional balcony upstairs was good for some quiet reading time. It was very well equipped and the welcome pack of a few essentials....and a couple of extras was a kind and thoughtful gesture. We booked this holiday almost 18 months in advance and will have to wait until 2025 for the property to be available again, speaks for itself!

Just perfect!

We stayed at this beautiful villa at end of March 22. It is simply perfect, the villa itself - so clean, and comfortable, to the coffee machine with pods and milk on arrival, the facilities- all there, we wanted for nothing! The pool - heated, cleaned regularly and perfect for all of our family… and the location - just a five minute stroll to the beach and all of the bars and restaurants. I can not rate this property highly enough - we booked this villa as a special treat for my 50th birthday and only wish I could book it for every holiday! Just book it - you won’t be disappointed!

5 ⭐️ villa!

We stayed here for a 30th birthday. The villa is in a central location right in the heart of PDC, just up a hill from the main strip. It had everything we needed during our stay, and the welcome basket was a lovely added touch. Hilary was lovely and the check in was smooth and easy, she told us everything we needed to know and was at the end of the phone if there was anything we needed during our stay. The cleaners who came in during our stay were superb and the pool man Lennox was superb also, what a great team of people. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would book it again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for helping to make our holiday fantastic!

We are a family of five who have holidayed numerous times on Lanzarote over the past twenty years. We have always felt at home in Puerto Del Carmen and love the island. It was a great resort to be when our children were small and has continued to be as they have grown and now we get to enjoy it on our own as well!

Why they chose this property

After a lot of searching for a family holiday home we were lucky to find this villa which provided us with everything we had been looking for and we fell in love with it! As well as being tastefully modernised it is on a peaceful street; yet only a short walk away from the main promenade and all the amenities. In addition the path down (and up!) is a gentle slope!
We particularly love the heated pool outside and that the villa has living areas both upstairs and downstairs which not only provides guests with more space to relax but means we have the added bonus of seeing the ocean! We love the balcony where we can sit back and enjoy the view whilst also soaking up the sunshine.

What makes this property unique

The villa is in a perfect location; central between the old town of Puerto Del Carmen and Los Pocillos. It is on a quiet street, only 150 metres back from the beautiful promenade and main beach of the resort. The benefit of having daily living areas on both floors is a real plus. The upstairs lounge and balcony where you can enjoy the sea view is a unique feature of this villa.
