Great unit, we were very happy with it. It was larger than we expected, and the two sides of the property is a nice layout. Living space / kitchen on one side, bathroom and bedroom on the other. The bathroom was comfortably separated from the bedroom and had a fan with a great shower. The outside 2nd floor balcony overlooked the south-east end of Main Street. We liked that the property was not in the middle of *everything* instead just enough out of the way to be peaceful the majority of the time. Exit the property and take a left, right into the heart of historic Park City. Lots of shopping, restaurants and things to see. Beautiful views. Bookstores, coffee shops, museum, tons of souvenir shops and clothing.The parking garage is easily accessible from the street and elevators were close to parking. We took an Uber from SLC airport so didn’t need parking at first but we rented a car one day and traveled to SLC, the parking garage is convenient. We didn’t use the laundry room if needed.We visited in April just outside of ski season but we still experienced snow. So many good choices, we would love to go back for skiing or maybe a little later in the year for hiking. We loved the stay overall.

Cute, Clean, in a great location overlooking Main Street

Description is accurate. Clean, nicely appointed interior, and perfect for two people. Balcony overlooking main street provides a great view. From a location perspective, it is up towards the end of the street, so carrying your skis and wearing ski boots walking from the Town Lift is challenging. Great restaurants and shopping with in steps. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location in Park City - newly renovated

We enjoyed the location and the beautifully renovated condo. Very convenient. Parking on site and walkable to all Park City Main Street locations. Management onsite could be more responsive, but overall friendly and helpful. Was hard to control the temperature, even though each room had a split unit with a remote. Not sure what the issue was.

The apartment space was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for Park City Main Street. With that being said, two things to mention. First, because of its great location, the hotel can be loud late at night. We experienced loud occupants coming back from bars on both our nights waking us up a couple of times each night.Second, I dont recall anything on VRBO site that said to check into hotel front office. However, the first night, office staff came and knocked on door and used the code to enter room to give us a parking pass. They informed us we should’ve checked in at the front, however, our instructions on all subjects (ex:parking/codes etc) were communicated via VRBO. Slightly confusing communication and expectation.

Perfect location! Unit was spotless and no scents from anything at all which we appreciated very much since my husband can get migraines from too strong of scents from anything. Nice view down the Main Street. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful city and we would recommend this VRBO! Parking garage was a little darker than we would have liked, but we didn’t feel unsafe at all. We liked that we could stay one night as we were traveling home from visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Nice restful stay after days of going, going, going, and hiking!! Thanks for a super clean and comfortable place to rest!!

My guess is that normally this unit would receive all great reviews, however the air conditioning wasn't working and we spent too much time trying to push to get it resolved - which eventually meant moving to a different unit in the building.

LOVED staying here; beautifully updated and decorated with tasteful and modern bathroom, kitchen, shelving, etc. The bed was very comfortable. I was staying alone on this trip and felt safe until I thought to check the sliding glass balcony door (I was on the second floor) in the night and discovered it was unlocked, which freaked me out a bit; it would be good to make sure doors are locked before new guests check in. There was also a full bin of recycling in the trash area but as I was only there for two days, I didn't worry about asking for it to be removed. The coffee maker didn't work and they immediately switched it out, great customer service (at that point, I had forgotten to ask about the recycling or I'm sure they would have addressed that as well). It is at the top of Main Street and as such, it was pretty quiet. Plenty of space to park and easy access though an elevator. Free washer and dryer! Amazing bonus when traveling, and so appreciated! I really enjoyed my stay.
