Its privileged hilltop location, in the picturesque village of Atsipopoulo, offers panoramic, unobstructed sea and nature views, while being within walking distance (700-1000 meters) from the village and all daily amenities (tavernas, bakery, supermarket, and ATM). At the same time, it is just a short drive away from the lively Old Town and the long sandy beach of Rethymno. Furthermore, this amazing property offers total seclusion, as it is built in a privately owned plot of 5000 m2, surrounded by trees, and gives you a unique feeling of being close to nature. You can totally unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of the town while having everything at arms reach at the same time!


Layout


This multi-level Villa covers 350m2 in total and its smart layout is perfect for big families or groups of friends, as it offers privacy among your party. Villa Trinity can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Additional 2 guests can be accommodated in a folding bed if required.


Ground Floor


On the ground floor guests can find:


- A playroom that features a pool table and table football.


- In the same area there is also a fully equipped gym providing a static bicycle, spinning bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, weight training machine, fitness multifunctional apparatus, stepper, ab machine, A/C, and a 45 TV, with direct access to the pool.


- The area also offers a wooden sauna cabin and a bathroom with a shower.


- A fully equipped kitchenette with direct access to the outdoor dining area and the gym.


- A laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer.


1st Intermediate Floor


Ascending a few steps, guests will meet in the first Master bedroom with an open closet, desk, 45 TV, Blue Ray player, A/C, a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.


First Floor


Reaching the first floor, guests can find a hallway with a desk and 3 more bedrooms.


- The second master bedroom with walk-in closet, suitcase stand, safe, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and Jacuzzi bathtub.


- The third master bedroom with walk-in closet, suitcase stand, safe, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.


-A Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.


All three bedrooms have a 32 HDTV, A/C, and Blue Ray player and offer a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request.


2nd Intermediate Floor


A few more steps up, right next to the main entrance of the Villa, on the left, the fifth bedroom is located, featuring a 32 TV, A/C, Blue Ray player, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom offers a king-size bed that can be joined together to as 2 single beds upon request.


Second Floor


Finally, on the top floor, there is a beautiful open-plan living space consisting of:


- A spacious sitting area with 3 sofas, armchairs, 65 HDTV, PlayStation 3, and an open fireplace, enjoying sublime sea views through the large windows and glass doors.


- A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday.


- An indoor dining area next to the kitchen.


- A large veranda with an outdoor dining table, also enjoying magnificent views.


Child Friendly


Villa Trinity also appeals to the inner kid hidden inside everyone, and of course to actual kids as well! The Villa offers many leisure time facilities for kids of all ages including:


- A playroom on the ground floor, that provides direct outdoor access, which features a pool table and table football.


- Lawn-covered areas, ideal for the kids to play, and playground including toys (swing, small house, slide, and seesaw).


- Volleyball field that you can reach by descending a few steps from the pool area.


- Ping pong table.


- Basketball hoop.


- Area with outdoor floor chess and artificial turf.


- A shallow childrens pool.


Outdoor Area


The outdoor area of Villa Trinity is beautifully landscaped with flowers, aromatic plants, herbs, palms, and fruitful trees (orange, pear, grapefruit, lemon, and olive trees) and it enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:?


- A 50 sq. m. private swimming pool (0,60 - 1,60 m. deep), including a childrens pool (0,60 m. deep). Both pools can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice.)


- The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, a gazebo, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.


- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring bean bag loungers, day beds, a hammock, a hanging egg chairs, chairs and tables.


- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink.


- Gas barbecue.


- Spacious veranda on the second floor featuring an additional outdoor dining area that overlooks the pool terrace and enjoys panoramic views of the area.


- Shaded parking for 2 cars and large driveway for many cars inside the Villa premises.


- The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance with a gate, offering 100% privacy to our guests.


Also, a lounging area, that can be closed with accordion doors if you wish, offers:

LOCATION


Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the Villa is located in the picturesque village of Atsipopoulo, just a short drive away from Rethymno town.

In walking distance from the villa you can find several amenities such as tavernas, pharmacy, bakery, butcher and super market.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
